5 stars for Dr. LeRoy and her assistants. They all seem to understand kids and the impact that dental work can have on them, and have been super patient with our family.

I would have gave this place a lower rating but the rest of the staff doesn't deserve to be responsible for a couple of rude individuals. Debbie you are amazing and I know there's 2 of you but the finance and scheduling one. My issue is my son was 14 minutes late and I couldn't get a chance to reschedule without paying 40 dollars first. The problem is I watched someone that was over a half and hour late get rescheduled for a few hours later that same day free of charge. This Helen person was rather adamant about receiving the payment first before discussing any possibility of rescheduling. When I called she placed me on hold because I challenged her etiquette without even saying hold on. This isn't the first incident but it will surely be the last. Kindness is a act of charity be kind.

The dentists, nurses, and receptionists are kind and professional. My daughter is afraid of needles. They talked with her and distracted her while giving her anesthesia. They are patient to answer my questions and requests. We have been going there for a few years and are always satisfied. They are truly exceptional.

I love all the stuff at dentistry for children in west orange . Everyone there was so Nice respectful and very patient with my kids very nologible and helpful ,I made the appointment for all my 4 kids and they are looking forward to come back. We had a great experience .

Both my children are going to Dentistry for Children of West Essex my daughter for 16 years and my son 7 who is autistic and the dentists and dental assistants are truly wonderful. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE IF THEY ARE SCARED OF DENTISTS!! Perhaps it was an off day for this office but I thought it important to post our experience. My 8 year-old son is very nervous when it comes to doctor visits so I was extremely happy when the intake person asked about his comfortability level over the phone. When we arrived at the office his name was on a welcome board which I thought was great. Our welcome was welcoming but once we were called into the office, all that occurred thereafter was troubling. My son's name was called by a nurse who disappeared into our consultation room without noticing we were not moving fast enough to follow her. When she took ex-rays I was asked to wait in reception my son told me she was not very nice. Turns out my son had several cavities which was disturbing to us both but we were met with judgements about his diet and when he began to cry part from fear and part from the disappointment in himself she told me that I needed to feed my son a better diet and told him that she would give him laughing gas and he would be silly through the procedures so it be ok. As he continued to cry she basically told me if he was too difficult they would have to sedate him during his procedures. The discharge receptionist was no more compassionate. In the end I left this office with a $145 bill and a child it took hours to get calm after. I would recommend this office to no one. Especially if you have a child already fearful of the dentist.

New owners. Our child was in and out for a cleaning in 15 minutes. Wish we had known that the practice was sold. Office staff was not as warm and welcoming not seemed to care that we complained about the cleaning

Best experience ever. My child was treated very nicely and professionally. She was made to feel very comfortable and the process seemed so simple and my 7 year old child did not create any fuss at all. All the staff is also very nice and the dentists and their assistants are the best. Am glad we chose this facility for our kids.

The practice was clean and efficient. We quickly moved back to a room. The dentist and hygienist were fantastic with my child - super caring and explaining everything at her level. Great experience!

Dr. Iva and staff were super nice with both my children..2 and 3 1/2 year old. First time going for both and they had a great experience... of course they cried but super comfortable and happy by the end.

Such an amazing experience! It was my 2 year old first time at the dentist and they all made it such a pleasant experience for him. Definitely recommend 10/10. No complaints here.

I have had the absolute worst experience at this office with the scheduling and wait times. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have made an appointment to see the dentist I have had to wait for at least 10-20 minutes in the waiting room with no update from either the staff or doctor. This evening my appointment was scheduled at 5:40 and I thought that I would be running late but I made it at 5:30. I did not see the dentist until close to 6:00pm and to make matters worst people were coming in AFTER ME and they were able to go right in! Needless to say I was LIVID! never again. The elderly lady at the desk was unbelievably condescending and inconsiderate seeing as I had two tired kids. There was one lady (Dental Assistant) that attempted to rectify the situation but I would NOT RECOMMEND this office if you value your time!
