This place was so rude they threw my son n me out the Jewish lady Alexandra was very unprofessional and banned me from Every practice I want to file charges on this women very arrogant! They are ok but the miscommunication I took my kid because a back tooth was hurting they recommend to close all the cavities but we said no thanks so called the first day of school because I wanted to make the appointment a bit late this way my kid goes to school the whole day they said no and if I wanted to change the extraction I have to wait 6 months for it I'll said ok so let's continue whit the schedule they said ok I got there and they ended up covering all the cavities and they never do the extraction they claim it was a mistake and blah blah blah now I have to pay for something I didn't wanted and my kid still whit he's tooth on pain

I went for check up and They cut me In my mouth I was bleeding,I told the woman in like a scared and painful body movement and she proceeded to Leave her tool in my mouth With end up stinging me I later found out That sting where cuts in my lower Bottom gums

The Dr. Is amazing, no wonder they have such good name. Unfortunately I am not giving 5 stars is because of the miscommunication between the call center and the actual offices ( Lakewood specifically). My kids went to the dentist end of December and I made another appointment for beginning of July. My husband got a confirmation for only 1 of my kids, so I called to make sure both were in the app. Today, July 11, I organized everything to be able to leave my house at 8:15 am so I'll be at the office on time. We'll, my kids were not in the system. I was beyond frustrated and the Supervisor got angry at me because I said " Hello, I made this app 6 months ago". This is NOT the first time it happened. It's such a shame, a highly recommended Dentist with a poor system.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am I went to school to pick up the girl, the traffic lasted longer and I was only 18 minutes late and they didn't want to attend me. I lost a day of work but the girl missed class for nothing. Because the secretary simply tell the doctor she is late and the doctor said no. I do not recommend it, there is fault of consideration

I love the energies and positive attitude's at Dentistry for Children in Lakewood NJ, the traffic is horrible but the people in their office makes it all go away, in my 5 years of going to this office, I have NEVER run into a problem. Thank you Dentistry for Children for making my grandson feel so at ease with your staff.

I brought my daughters (11 and 2) to the office today. My older daughter is a pro at the dentist and everything went smoothly. My younger daughter has a serious phobia with doctors and nurses. She will immediately start screaming and thrashing around turning away from any and all attention they need to give her. It's like an exorcist-sort-of situation. This being her first visit to the dentist, I was already anticipating the worst. I told the hygienist, Theresa R, that she was either going to have to do the visit as quickly as possible or take an immense amount of time to earn her trust. Knowing how health care is trying to catch up after the pandemic, I gave her the choice. She decided to take her time, letting my daughter brush her own teeth and taking a turn to also let Theresa brush her teeth As my daughter sat in my lap I felt her body relax. It only took a moment and my daughter became completely compliant and even let her floss. It was amazing. No one had taken the time to just make it work for my daughter. Going forward, I know that this experience will make my daughter less fearful of the dentist and more willing to get the care she needs. Theresa took the time to care for my 2 year old's needs and the rewards of this are absolutely precious to me. To the parent considering this practice, don't consider, GO! To the management of this facility, you should have more people like Theresa working there. She single handedly made a dreaded day and experience so very pleasant and possibly changed a behavior in my child for the better. There are not enough words for how much this experience meant to me and how valuable Theresa is.

We have struggled with finding the right dentist for our kids. Anxiety attacks and feeling like we were being pushed out the door. This amazing experience we had today, had my 10 year old smiling during a dentist appointment! Can't say enough about every single person we came in contact with. From being greeted at the front desk, through X-rays, the cleaning, the exam, treatment and checking out AMAZING STAFF! We found our dental group!!

Very awesome 4 kids! Never seen a prize machine at the end like that with special coins.Very Different. My kids will definately be back .Staff was very welcoming and kind & they were great with my son .he enjoyed it.all the staff is amazing&friendly.very nice dentist office.

Our first time here DR Pablo Trillo was so kind honest and patient my son had a chipped tooth and we are just going on vacation luckily he was able to fix it on top of his cleaning and taking his loose tooth out my son is so happy and no longer in pain.

Dr Jenna and her team are amazing ! Beginning with Eva whos so accommodating, understanding and patient on the phone - to the team of hygienist and assistants that work in both the Lakewood & Toms River offices. My son used to be anxious and fearful and now he has had such a positive experience that he is looking forward to coming back :) Mom and Child Are happy ! Win Win !

Today was my 3 year old son's very first dentist appointment, and covid coupled with the fact that my son has autism, and it has been very hard to find the right Drs... but From the moment I we walked In, the sweet kindness, professionalism of the really friendly and knowledgeable technicians and dental assistant, to the Dr himself, everyone was very accommodating to my son, and very gentle and very understanding. I could not have been more happy with how they treated him, and myself, as a single mom it can be very daunting to be by myself doing all of these things for the first time, so kindness really matters. I was really happy with their treatment of my son. So they are officially my son's brand new dentist!! That's him in the waiting room before his very first visit!!!
