The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

Where do I begin...? My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. At least to me, its a family thing, and my family feels our dentist office is invested in us.

Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.

Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.

How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.

Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.

Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

Good- This location is definitely crowded, the wait time is too long. The hygienist was very good, and detailed. Bad- The dentist was a little rough checking her mouth, when my daughter got out of the chair her face was red on the left side. The employees doing the X-ray was a little rough. Later that afternoon we noticed she developed bruises in her mouth, she was unable to chew due to the sorenesses. Ugly- Tried calling back and we were connected to the call center who transferred us to fax machines for over 30 minutes. We normally visit the Buford location and I needed an afternoon appointment vs morning, so I switched to this office. The information they provided was off, and we were told we needed X-rays, and some other things. When leaving they told us we had a balance that was not paid by MetLife. No other information was provided. We paid the $20.00 for the fluoride treatment and the front desk personnel was in her feelings when I said I needed more details. The whole experience was not as friendly as I would have hoped, 32 patients at one time for one dentist to provide care for. I'll pass.

This location has cancelled multiple appointments on me, including one today where I took my son OUT of school, to get down there and see that the whole office was closed. I guess they like to get off early on Friday! Allegedly they ...

This place has a 1.5 star rating on yelp FOR A REASON!! My mom got a call a couple of days ago that I had an appointment for october 6th at 9:30 so she wrote it down to remember. After driving 45 minutes to get here, the lady at the desk said I didn't have an appointment but that she could squeeze me in, that was our sign to leave right then and there. We sit in the waiting room and 30 minutes later we get called back up and she said that my appointment was at 8:30 and not 9:30, when the lady on the phone accidentally said 9:30. My mom had to wait 3 HOURS to get my teeth cleaned, which usually takes 20 minutes. They thought that because i was 16 that i would tolerate the waiting more than a 5 year old would, thats not how it works. I shouldn't be treated differently because of my age. People were coming for 11:00 appointments and we were still there, and leaving before we even got called. The lady at the desk barely spoke English and she had to ask the girl next to her how to schedule my next appointment and thats when we just walked out, we shouldn't have to wait for someone to learn how to do their job. Because someone didn't schedule my appointment right, they had to rush on my mouth and clean it as fast as possible and the old lady that did was making rude comments about my outfit (i was wearing a t shirt with some sweatpants) and she was way to rough on my mouth when i specifically told her to be gentle. Now its 7 hours later and my gums hurt so bad (didn't hurt before I came) but my mom can't get ahold of a real human to talk to when she calls, it just goes into voice mail. I wouldn't recommend coming here, unless you want to waist your time.

My daughter came home with red sore gums from a cleaning after arriving and waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. I never in my life had a sore mouth from a cleaning. Thats ok we will never be back. Yall might want to be a little nicer to patients as well. She had her feelings hurt by some of the comments of her pale fair skin and how she was dressed. This was not called for and was very unprofessional

I appreciate the staff and their attention to detail. Customer service from the moment we walked in was spot on. I do wish there were more options holistically in there facility but I'm one of few that care about that kind of thing. I would highly recommend them to others in the future.

The appointment was scheduled at 8am. We reached at 7:50 am. There were 8 people checking in at the same time. I wasn't sure how they were taking people in. We got called inside to sit in the waiting area at 8:30. We waited there for another 10-12 minutes. Then got called in to the available spot for cleaning. The dentist came and examined before even the cleaning was done and said everything looked good. After 5 mins the dental hygienist does cleaning. It felt like they were rushing in to get things done quickly. The cleaning was done in less than 7 mins. After that we checked out. When we had first started going to this location, they would clean first taking good amount of time and then the dentist examined the teeth. But this time, they were just rushing up things to accommodate more appointments. I did not like the experience.

We were rushed, and the hygienist was extremely unapproachable. My little sisters complained of the hygienists' nails being long, and during the cleaning, her nails were poking on their teeth. Terrible experience.

my daughter had an appointment in morning 7:30am. The check in process was quick and there was someone to take her in within few minutes. Overall experience of the visit was good and after the visit the doctor went through the summary of the visit.

service is excellent, its excellent staff very professional, the only problem is when you call to make an appointment the wait for someone to attend is at least an hour is too long. If they improve that part it would be great since there are people who don't have time to be in a line waiting for so long.

Extremely impressed with the abilities of this staff to help calm my 6 year old daughter. She was incredibly anxious & upset to be there, but they all dealt with her in such an amazing & patient way. I am very grateful for their kindness! We will definitely be going back to this particular location in Suwanee. Thank you for putting my daughters fears about the dentist to rest!

I did not realize until I pulled up that this was the place that misdiagnosed my daughter for her tooth which landed her in the hospital for 3 days. When we went for this visit the appointment started at 2:00pm we showed up at 1:30 was taken back at 1:45 wasn't seen for the appointment until 2:45 didn't see the dentist until 3:10. Just for the dentist to ask a stupid question would you like to save the tooth or remove I said save of course she said oh we just can't do that. I replied, " Well why would you ask me that question what are we even talking about here. " she then reiterated what she said and said I will put my notes in so children sedation center won't see her I will definitely be reaching out to corporate and Better Business Bureau. They also over work their staff hence why they were so late they have one incompetent dentist and one calm cleaning lady. While the manager prisses around checking on air and giving people a hard time as if she's not over working them.
