MidShore Pediatric Dentistry - Pediatric dentist in Easton, MD

Dr. Hill has had the privilege of practicing pediatric dentistry in Easton, MD since 1994. She graduated cum laude from Washington College in 1985 with a Bachelors Degree in psychology. After college, Dr Hill attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry, and then went on to complete a two-year advanced residency program in pediatric dentistry in 1989 at the M.U.S.C. Children's Hospital in Charleston, SC.

Dr. Hill is a Board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association and the Eastern Shore Dental Association.

Having been born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Dr. Hill enjoys boating, visiting Ocean City and working in her vegetable garden. She also loves spending time with her family and her two sweet dogs, Oliver & Charlie.

Jennys accounting skills and comprehensive knowledge of insurance plans help our office run efficiently and our patients and parents are happy to see her familiar face when they visit. Working with Dr. Hill for over 18 years, Jenny is well acquainted with our patients and strives to make every patient, new or long-term, feel at ease and comfortable. Jenny believes that our fun, kind and friendly staff is what keeps patients coming back! She was born and raised in Cambridge, Maryland and enjoys spending time with her daughter, Phoebe and her boyfriend, Chris.

Brooke joined our team in 2008 as a dental assistant, but now works at the front desk as Treatment Coordinator. So along with her knowledge and experience with administrative matters, she also has a first-hand understanding of the clinical aspects of dental care. She grew up in Queen Annes County and currently resides in Talbot County with her husband and 4 children. Brooke enjoys interacting with the patients and parents helping ensure a comfortable visit. Her smiling face is the first one you see when walking in our office!

Katie has been working with Dr. Hill as a dental hygienist since 2011 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. A few of the things she loves about working with children are being able to provide quality care and giving children the tools they need to keep their smiles healthy and beautiful. Because Katie was born and raised in Dorchester County, she feels very connected to her community. When she is not wearing scrubs, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Dayne and their two wonderful Labrador/golden retriever pups. She looks forward to meeting you and your children!

Meagans journey into dentistry began when she started working in a dental office at the age of 16. As her experience grew through the years, so did her love of oral hygiene. Meagan earned her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Allegany College of Maryland in 2013. Upon graduating, she received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award; given to senior hygiene students who have demonstrated exceptional skills in clinical instrumentation. She was born in Chestertown, Maryland where she currently resides. Hobbies Meagan enjoys are gardening, kayaking and making jewelry. Working with children is her passion, and she loves the opportunity to educate children early in their life about the importance of taking care of their teeth.

Rachel has been a dental assistant since 2003 and has been working with Dr. Hill since 2010. She was born and raised here on Marylands Eastern Shore, growing up on her familys dairy farm. Following graduation from Easton High School in 2003, she completed Wor-Wic Community Colleges dental assistant and x-ray certification program. After working in a general dentistry office for a year, she furthered her education and became a Qualified Dental Assistant. Rachel lives in Trappe with her husband, Chase and 2 spunky young boys. She is currently attending evening courses at Chesapeake College to further her education, working towards earning an Associates Degree in Allied Health. Rachel has the rare ability to calm the children with her soft-spoken manner and her great smile!

I brought my 5 year old son to his first treatment ever, he was excited but I was a nervous wreck. I don't write reviews but the patience and attention to my son from beginning to end completely put him and me at ease. Getting dental work done especially for a child is scary but the way Dr. Damas was patient and caring towards my child was above anything I could have expected. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my son. Highly recommend her practice to anyone in the area looking for a great pediatric dentist.

I have recommended this practice for years until we were hit with a total lack of compassion for my 11 yr old son. We had an urgent appointment for my son who had two adult teeth pushing up into two adult teeth because there's no room for them. He was to have two baby molars pulled to make room per his orthodontist at Smiles on the Bay. They were to be removed immediately. First we had my daughters exam at her pediatrician that turned scary when he sent her for Stat bloodwork and xray. I called Midshore dentistry to make them aware we would be late due to this emergency. I was told they should be able to see him but call when I left my daughters testing. I called second time at 2:40pm, our appointment was at 2pm. I was leaving my daughters test right across the street from denist and on my way. By the time I got the answer they couldn't see him anymore, I was standing in the waiting room. My son breaks down crying and I beg them. The current denist says "the girls have already cleaned the room, had you called maybe we could have waited". I did call, twice, please help him. I'm sorry the best we can do is next Thursday! A week from today. "I can give you an antibiotic to help" she says. I ask why an antibiotic? It's not infected. Well, yes but that's all I can do she says. I couldn't believe the lack of compassion and care for my son, their patient. We will be going back to our old denist Dr Lewis Meade. I called them and they see him tues as an emergency appointment. Midshore dentistry is great, unless you have an emergency happen. Then I'm afraid you would be hit with the same lack of compassion and understanding we were hit with. My son will remain on Advil through the weekend after waiting a week to get into Midshore. He is I tears and heart broken by how they sent him home like this. I understand we all have families to get home to and have to keep a schedule BUT there are circumstances that you have to stop your busy world and reach out to someone I need.

Yesterday my 11 year old daughter dropped an iPad on her face and chipped both of her top two permanent front teeth! She almost looked like she had new fangs! You can imagine the horror she felt. She was hysterical, and I felt so helpless. I was in pure panic-mode when I called Jenny at Dr. Hill's office, and Jenny was able to get us in within the hour. Dr. Damas was THANKFULLY able to fix the chipped pieces with fillings, and she did an INCREDIBLE job. The color and shape of the fillings are perfect. Her fixed teeth look so natural. My kids have been going to Dr. Hill's office for quite a few years and everyone has always been super friendly, thorough, and professional. Yesterday was very traumatic for my daughter, (and myself too), and everyone at Dr. Hill's office was patient, understanding, and so helpful. Kudos to the entire staff at the office, and THANK YOU again!!

Horrible Dont use this dentist. Note the positive review are several years old. Clearly things have changed. Initially I was referred to Dr. Hill because my 7 yr grandson need a tooth extracted. After the consult I was told they didnt take my insurance. I was told that one tooth needed to come out right away. After meeting with the dentist I was told that two needed to be worked on. Dr. Hill explained the practice preferred to see the childen alone without parent present. I agreed to the cost of $500 for both teeth. The dentist explained that that when we returned for the appointment if there was no pain with the second tooth they would address the primary problem. I took my grandson on 2/20 for the appointment. I explained there was no pain with the second tooth and paid the $500 in the event both teeth needed to be worked on. They took Aiden to the back and extracted his tooth and worked on the second tooth that no longer had pain. They charged me $918 from my checking account without my permission. I agreed to $500. There was no call prior to charging my account. What seemed like a dentist that cared about my child only cared about money. When I called to discuss the issue the practice didn't return my call. I had to call three days in a row. Dont use this practice. You can be a great dentist but if you have a lousy front office staff that scheme your money it really hurts because they take advantage of your kids being in pain. We are fair people who pay our Bill's but this was horrible. They took advantage of Aiden being in pain.. it is sick to take advantage of children in dental pain. Look.for another pediatric denist.

I took my almost 2 year old to Dr. Hill due to his front top teeth being discolored. They did a swift cleaning and reassured me as long as I brushed his teeth regularly his teeth will be fine. I grew up in MD so whenever I come come for a visit I take my kids in for a cleaning! Thanks for being kind and gentle with my little ones!

This is my childhood dentist and is now where I take my children. My daughter had two baby teeth pulled on Tuesday by Dr. Ghuman. She was wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions before and after. My daughter was most excited for the goodie bag and her first tooth fairy visit! She never once complained of pain. We had a wonderful experience!!
