It's super hard to get good customer service these days. The office people just talk right over you as you're speaking. Hella rude and dismissive I hate I have this insurance because this is the closet office I can take my kids to.

I have been bringing my daughter her all her life. I love the staff. ESPECIALLY Ms. Angel. She is so helpful and kind. We don't even live near the office any longer, but I would still make the drive just for the service. Thank you!

My daughter had an excellent care,. friendly staff,. good service, Brianna who works at the front service was very detailed when it comes to communicating and explaining procedures,.
