The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.
The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.
Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.
How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.
Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.
Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

Dr. K is phenomenal! Gentle as can be, attentive and asks if you have any questions before and after attending to your little one. He made me consider switching from my primary location after my first visit. During my visit today, Dental assistant/Hygienist was warm, attentive and kind. However, Ms Luciana at the front desk/check out has a strong personality, rude tone, very short and confrontational.I asked a question and her answer was that I signed a treatment plan contract during my previous visit to which I explained that I didn't have a copy of the treatment plan nor did I remember the details. Her attitude of annoyance and being short, and talking over me while going over the treatment plan was shocking. And there was not a single person in line. My interaction with her and her distasteful attitude left a bad imprint. Good customer service goes a long way Ms Luciana.

We had our first visit with our 1 year old. Dr. Kimathi and his team were amazing! We were called back as soon as we went to sit down. So happy to find a great provider on the first try. Definitely will keep coming back! Such a kid friendly space. I was expecting the usual cries of unhappy kids you get from a pediatric dentist office, but all I heard was kids laughing and playing. So happy to find a place that makes a potentially stressful encounter sooo quick and easy for both kids and parents.

I love love love this office! My 3 children have been going here for the last couple of years. I took all 3 today, another great visit. My 7 year old, special needs child, was not having a good day, and Crystal and Dr. K, we're so patient with her and so relaxing. I recommend this office to everyone with children and especially parents with special needs children.

Omg Dentist Felicia was amazing!! She was so gentle even with scraping the plaque off of our 3yr old daughter. She didn't cry not a single time and got 2 prizes from the toy chest! We love this dentistry omg I hope we never move!

We were rescheduled twice because of short staff. When we rescheduled I explained we needed to make sure they scheduled my son's sealants along with the cleaning and was told it was done. Got there today and it was not scheduled. We had to schedule 2 different appointments for sealants and fillings. They also told me today they could extract my son's tooth as well seeing it needed to come out. They couldn't do that until the middle of November.

This has been our favorite office to take our children. The Atlanta office was not professional, so we changed insurance and moved here. Our children have had regular checkups for a few years now at this location and they love it. My husband thanks Dr. Kimti is a great dentist- very informative and the kids like him. We are coming up on our next check-up and I am curious are you still requiring your patients and parents to wear masks? Please let me know.

Tried to have my son have his treatment plan carried out for several months now. Admin staff is so unorganized and the communication is awful. If it wasn't for the actual dental providers, we would not return. But at this point he will never have the work done so we might as well start fresh with office staff that know what they are doing.
