The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.

The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

Where do I begin...? My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. At least to me, its a family thing, and my family feels our dentist office is invested in us.

Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.

Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.

How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.

Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.

Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

Horrible. We get to the office 10 minutes early to be told that they would just have to "squeeze my child in" because I supposedly didn't confirm my appointment. They told me that they called me, when they didn't, to confirm my appointment. Never received a phone call BUT I did confirm my appointment through their text they sent me 4 days prior to our appointment. That is very unprofessional. I have been using this dentist for 6+ years and have never had this issue. I have only recently changed to the conyers office from McDonough/Stockbridge. Never had issues at the other locations but seems like a different issue each time we come to the conyers location. I will be looking for a new dentist for my children.

They have cancelled my child's scheduled cleaning 2 times via email now. 1st time the office managers answer to my question that was asked, "Why does the Dentist limit the make up day hours to in the morning only as my child is school aged and to not allow an appt after 12 noon is ludicrous "? Her answer was, "Because she can". Folks, I'm telling you, we are living in as the good book says, "The end of times". Because she can, that's classic.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Zoe and her assistant Yolanda were THE BEST. They worked with my daughter to make her comfortable in a scary time. I will come back here every single time no matter how far I have to drive. THANK YOU !

Everyone from the front desk to the back is always nice and professional. Lobby always clean. During the pandemic they were taking every precaution possible and still doing that afterwards. I use to go to the Morrow location but I'm now at the Conyers location and I can honestly say the same about both. My kids aren't terrified to go to the dentist. They love it. They are very patient with them, especially with my special needs child. I would definitely recommend both locations!

The wait can be ridiculous at times. For example, my sons appointment was at 9:00 am , they didn't release him until about 10:45 AM. However, it is a great pediatric dentistry.

The building was fabulous. My kid loving the play area. But we were there for 2 hours for a routine cleaning. She was called back immediately, but sat on the bench for an hour and a half before getting to an exam chair. My kid loved the toy she got!

This dentist was what seemed to be perfect a perfect match a few years ago, since then, staff has changed & decreased significantly. In return, quality of service has decreased dramatically. Months wait for appointments, long wait times when you do come for a scheduled appointment, and only one dentist on staff at the moment contributing to long appointment times. The dentist office is decorated kid friendly which decreases anxiety for small children but otherwise, the quality of service is poor at this time.

My son has been going here for 2 years now! Each visit we have had a pleasant experience! The staff makes sure you understand what's being done to your little one during the visit. If you have any questions the answer is given in layman's terms so you aren't trying to figure out what they're referring to. They make my son feel comfortable, his first visit he was literally terrified but now he walks in like a big boy. Plays in the built in arcade until his name is called & though I still have to go in the back with him he does great and listen to the doctor and their staff! 10/10 recommend. It's hard to get an appointment so get on the schedule as soon as you can. They are busy!

I drove 30+ minutes and my appointment was at 10 .. I didn't sit in the chair until 11:10. Some of the employees were rude. They seem overbooked and move entirely too slow. No one wants to spend their whole day at the dentist -Your Regular Patient from the Mcdonough location
