The staff is fantastic, they explain everything to the parents and to the child being worked on. The take their time and make you feel heard. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone who wants a good experience and who might be afraid of the dentist.
The staff was considerate, friendly, and most of all timely! And the doctor was amazing! She was intelligent, focused, genuinely caring about my granddaughter's well-being, and above all she performed the work in excellence and quickly.

My guys have been coming here for (at least) the last 8 years and when I say to people, my kids are weird because they actually like going to the dentist, its because of these guys here. Treatment with braces isnt just about straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. Its about maximizing the alignment of your teeth and jaw to improve your ability to bite, chew and speak. That perfect smile is a bonus a benefit that leads to improved self-esteem and self confidence.
Getting started with braces. To start orthodontic treatment, your orthodontist will first take x-rays and evaluate if youre a good candidate. Ideal candidates have healthy teeth and gums, but want to fix overbites, underbites, cross bites, spacing issues, overcrowding, a gummy smile or protruding upper front teeth.
How your teeth move. Braces work by applying pressure to teeth, pushing or pulling them into a better position. Your teeth actually move in their sockets. The process is called bone remodeling. The bone on one side of your teeth breaks down in the sockets, but builds up on the other side of the sockets. All of this is done using a gentle amount of pressure. You will visit your orthodontist regularly to make sure your teeth are moving properly.
Getting braces off. When your teeth have reached the desired results, your orthodontist will remove your braces, one bracket at a time. He or she will also remove any glue residue. Your orthodontist will then set you up with a retainer to help stabilize the new position of your teeth. Without a retainer, your teeth may move back to their original positions.
Exploring options. Traditional metal brackets arent for everybody. Other options include ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign or clear aligners. Your certified orthodontist specialist will recommend the treatment thats best for you.

My kids have been getting their teeth cleaning done here over 10 years. We love Dr Kim. Majority of the staffs are very nice and attentive. We've tried other locations and didn't like it.. THIS location is the best!!

My son been getting services at this location since he was about 4,he's 8 now, the doctor here also help save my son life,she told me my son might have a bleeding disorder and did not want to pull my sons teeth,come to find out my son was diagnosed with leukemia.

Came in today for a cleaning, the hygienist and two other employees stood over my daughter joking and laughing. The hygienist had her gloves on but touched everything else and then my daughters mouth. We have been coming here for years and the atmosphere is great and kid friendly but when you have a patient waiting on the chair and instead of getting to work you spend 17 minutes playing, joking, and laughing over your patient. I am on my lunch break with an extension having to get back to work. I dont mind the laughing and it's great to see employees getting along but theres a time and place for all of that. When she finally got to my daughter to finally start the hygiene process she rushed though it, brushed my daughters teeth while she looked and spoke to another employee. I expect professional treatment even when it's a pediatric setting.

My son had his first filling ever today. He's 8. I'm very dissatisfied with the lady who did it. I told My son to squeeze my hand if he felt any pain at all. Mind you he had Novocain and laughing gas. Half way into it, my son squeezes my hand letting me know he was having pain. I tell the lady my son is in pain and squeezing my hand. She totally disregarded his pain and what I said and goes, no he's not in pain it's just the vibrations. I've been doing this for 30 years and I know what I'm doing. He's not in pain trust me. ARE YOU KIDDING? It took everything out of me to not go off on her and her total lack of care for my child. The office manager called me back when I called to file a complaint, and I have never had a more fake and non genuine call from a office manager. All I got was I'm sorry and I'll talk to her and tell her everyone is different and she may need to give a break for a minute next time. NO she should have took the time to ask my son if he had pain ai will if so should have given him more shots. Everyone's pain is different. When I go to dentist myself, I have to get double the nova and because one round is not enough. After this experience, we will not be coming back!!! We had been coming here for years too!

Everything went wayyyyy better than I imagined! All the staff was super friendly and helpful. My 3 yr old giggled and laugh the whole time. You'd never known it was his first visit. I wasn't able to go back with him bc they only allowed one person with him so I let my husband go. And they allowed him to FaceTime while he was back there. Except during his X-rays but I was able to see him from the front desk and hear him giggle and all the staff laughing at him being so cute and so good!

It was my 6 yr old daughter's first time. She was very scared, crying, anxious. The staff went above and beyond to educate her about the process and make her feel at ease. So kind, gentle, and patient!!! Highly recommend for little kids

zero manners, zero management skills. i had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30. they called to cancel and reschedule but then later still sent a confirmation text for the original appointment. so i cancelled all my plans and when i get there all she said was that it was her assistant faults and that they're short staff. not even an apology but yet gave attitude to simple question when asked. horrible experience and horrible front desk workers

I have been taking my children here for several years. When you step into the office it's like a daycare center. Very noisy children's videos playing in a loop. When you step in to the examining room you share it with many other people. About 12 dental chairs side by side. It is very impersonal. It is like an assembly line. No privacy, the dentists are rushed, and flippant. Somebody is raking in the cash. They examine my kids teeth in less than one minute and the dentist administered a sloppy 2 second fluoride treatment to both children. I am always left wondering if they hadn't missed something.
