We've been going to Dr Ken Martin for over 20 years now. And have never had a bad experience with him or their staff. They treat us like part of their family......

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Dentist. I was so uncomfortable in the chair with his trembling hands that I stopped him in the middle of his attempt to put Abuttments and Crowns in my mouth. Perhaps there is a medical condition on his part and if so, I hope he addresses it immediately.

I've had good experience with Dr. Martin himself, however I really struggle with the office staff. I have had multiple experiences where the disorganization of the staff has cost me time. I went to an appointment last year, for them to tell me they made a mistake in my booking and needed to come back the next day. Even showed them my appointment reminder. This year, they canceled my appointment at the last minute because their office moved. I was told I'd get a call back the next day to reschedule and assured they would get me in ASAP. Even promised they would open more times if necessary. I had to call back myself a week later and was told I had to wait over a month for the next available. When I expressed frustration because of the wait and reminder the her the promise that was made, the receptionist starting yelling at me.

Terrible service. I went to them because my teeth hurt . They took X-rays and Dr. Martin said nothing was wrong with my teeth even with no cavities and to come back with a " real dental problem " but I knew something was wrong with my teeth so I went to Aspen Dental which was amazing service and told me everything that was wrong with my teeth. Turns out I had 5 cavities, gingivitis, and my fillings were all coming out and containing bacteria. I'm very upset because either he didn't care or he's just old and needs to retire . Everyone deserve good , not laziness . I will be reporting them to state. Because this is not how a dentist should be.

Curtis, Dr. Martin, and the rest of the staff at the office provide excellent service and care. My son's first (and hopefully last) cavity was filled this week. He was very nervous and anxious about the process. Once things got started and some reassurance from Dr. Martin, he calmed down and all went well. Thank you!

Terrible expereince after going to them for years. I recently moved out of town .and had to travel for an hour to get there for my cleaning. I thought it was at 2:15. I arrived at 2:00 tp find out that my appt was at 2:00. I asked to see office manager, Curtis. I explained i recently moved and literally come from out of town To this cleaning appt. And i arrived at exactly ten min late. He went on to say they have a ten minute rule. And he went on to wanting to reschedule me. I was shocked honestly. That after years of coming here..this was how I was being treated. He was snarky and rude. So was his receptionist. The place was a mess due to remodeling as well. I was so fustrated that I said... well you've just lost 3 customers. Curtis went on to snarkily say...let us know if you need your records. Wow! Yeah after reading this other review about cavities and discovery after years as a customer. I'm completely saddened by this awful customer service and lack of consideration. Obviously Dr Ken Martin also is retirement age. Noticed another dentist on the door. Yup sad that this place now truly stinks! Do not recommend them.

Been my dentist for years. Hes quick and has a great bedside manner. The office manager Curtis is very professional and accommodating. Id recommend them to everyone! Very nice office and my hygienist is super sweet.

I tried to make a new patient dental appointment for exam and cleaning. I was told by the office manager, Curtis, that I would have to wait weeks (next month) for them to get a list of covered patients from the insurance company. THEN I could make an appointment for a cleaning. He told me it was a company decision to follow this practice, not an insurance decision. Even though I can certainly pay for my visit, he told me I would have to wait. This is very bad customer service. I told him this was possibly good for Dr. Martin, but not good patient customer service. Curtis was defiant in his tone and told me, "You can always buy different insurance if you don't like this policy," which I thought was unnecessarily snarky. If I could give a minus five rating, I would. 1/14/19

Been going to him for the last 12 years... just went to a different dentist to get a second opinion because i was recommended it after my tooth broke (which i thought was odd because in the 12 years I have been going there no one ever mentioned me even having a cavity)... i have 7 cavities.... 7 CAVITIES!!! and when i spoke to the new dentist he had they had been there for some time. He asked me when i last saw i dentist and told him 12/18. I genuinely dont believe the new dentist believed me. And when I said i hardly ever see the Dr he had a look that said it all... it was a look that took a blow to his profession... To say I'm sad I have to leave a review like this is an understatement. But i would hate for anyone to be in the situation I am currently facing. Thousands of dollars in dental bills that could have been prevented.

First time there.great experience.the staff were fantastic.found a new dentist i can trust with confidence that my needs will be taken care of.i highly recommended them..Nevi the hygienist was exceptional. I was very comfortable having my teeth cleaned for the first time in 10 years. She said I was a flosser and I did a good job doing it because I didn't have any cavities. She also said I was a good brusher. This Dentistry place will be my home base for dental care. Thank you to all involved

A straight forward approach to what needs to be done and how much it will cost. No messing around with multiple appointments and same testing and cleaning just adding to the cost. Could not be happier with my results and the friendly staff.
