We started going there last April , and they treated my wife badly but we still tried to go , eventually it became difficult and the prices kept changing by hundreds of dollars , I over paid them and out of respect to my wife I stopped going and they refused to refund the over payment , I've tried to collect for 4 months , then when I asked to finish my wife's cleaning they increased the price by 300% and still refused to refund my overpayment , we can't go back because you have to trust your dentist and I do not trust them now

I had a tooth ache so stopped in without an appointment and they took me within 15 minutes. Xray showed big cavity in rear tooth and she said could not fix cavity because of location the other toopth was in the way. In addition that tooth was sort of worthless since none below so it was pulled. I was amazed that she sewed u the hole. Never had that done before for an extraction

I just recently had work done at their office and it was the first dentist I had ever been to where I felt comfortable. The entire staff are wonderful!

Stephanie is my hygienist I love her love her love her and cannot say enough good things about her. I was scared beyond belief to have scaled planing done I've been told forever 10 years that I need this done I've been scared away from the dentist for that but this girl knows how to clean teeth and I could not be happier. Thank you Stephanie

After waiting a month for an appointment, I wasn't allowed (office policy) to see the dentist without seeing a hygienist first. Explaining multiple times to multiple people, that all I wanted was a consultation with the dentist, I was advised that I couldn't have just a consultation and if I didn't like that I could find another office. Totally unprofessional. Why can't a person just get a consultation with the dentist alone? I felt not heard, no empathy, not the kind of dentist (office) that anyone should just have to accept! Who's in charge, me or them? I am! I'm finding another office!

everyone wants a dentist that treats you how you want to be treated , for so long I went to a corporate dentist that seems like warehouse dentistry this place treats it's patients as individuals and designs a plan for the patient that is affordable, and they treat you as a person the dentist there are really friendly and respectful

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Not only are they unorganized, but they are unwilling to admit when they are wrong. I have told them multiple times that I have autism and they hung up on me when I got frustrated. The doctor made me wait 30 minutes before she even saw me just to go "yup" and be done in 3 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I been coming to dentist by design for over 6 months. The staffs and the way they do they billing is not professionally done right.! I am very disappointed in the service. When you ask a question I never get the right answer. Just a lot of run a round . I am very disappointed.

It is hard to find a good hygienist, but finding one who cares is a treasure. Karla is very professional and personable. She puts us at ease by walking us through the procedure as she works. She is also very insightful regarding our dental health and history. Thank you Karla for giving us a great smile.

Staff was friendly however I made an appointment for 1 pm didn't get seen until 230 pm doctor told me he couldn't extract my tooth today didnt have oxygen I wished I was told when I called in the morning to make the appointment I told them on the phone what was wrong my tooth cracked and I needed it to be extracted today

Doctor Luong did excellent work. His DA Tanisha was also excellent helped me stay calm throughout the procedure because I suffer from anxiety and panic. I recommend them I'm very happy with them.

I'm so very Thankful for Dentistry by Design! I have had nothing but problems with finding a dentist, and have been in excruciating pain for over a month now. I went into Dentistry by Design and from the time I got into the office till the time I left I felt like they truly had my Best interest at Heart. Cary the dental assistant is an amazing Caring person, I felt extremely comfortable with her and wasn't afraid to be open with her about the way I was feeling. She also went over details on my insurance with me and, was just a genuine person! I'm thankful to Dr. Long and Cary and think I have found a Dentist office to now call home! Thank you all at Dentistry by Design

I went to this place and the customer service was amazing. The receptionist Melanie was very informative and very patient with me being that I was having issues with my insurance. She handled my situation in a very professional way. She was extremely respectful and did everything under her power to make sure I got the care that I needed.

I will definitely be coming back here. It is such a great atmosphere especially Kelita the dental assistant, she moves and multitasks well and made the procedure very smooth. All of the staff here are great.. I was pleased when I left this office.
