Your first visit to our practice establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know our staff. Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
Developmental Disabilities Institute Children's Residential Program (CRP) is located in Smithtown and Huntington. The Children's Residential Program-Center of Excellence (CRP-COE) provides individualized education and support to children with developmental disabilities between the ages of 5-21 whose needs exceed what can be addressed by traditional special education services. Our nurturing home-like residences serve between 6-11 children, depending on the campus location. Each residence is fully furnished and has a living room; dining room, and either single or double bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated and tailored to the individual's likes and preferences of the child and his or her caregiver.
Together, an interdisciplinary team of professional staff and the child's caregiver(s) closely monitor growth and development with the objective of teaching the child to live a happy, independent life to the best of his or her natural ability.
Dr. Joseph Ayoub chose DD l's school because of their wonderful reputation of being one of the top 5 of school of excellence in the state of New York, as well as a wonderful residency to meet each individual's needs, and to help them reach their full potential. It is also less than 10 minutes from our home, which is a huge convenience for our family, and especially for our son since many children do live in residencies that are far away from their home.
By giving a generous donation, we hope to help improve the homes to do what is necessary to keep them up to date with what the children need as far as living standards, and to help pay for more day trips and extra-curricular activities for our son as well as all the children residing in the homes.

Dr. Ayoub is a highly skilled dental practitioner. From difficult root canals to crowns and onlays he provides pain free, same day relief. I've been going to "Doc" for many years. He's never let me down. I highly recommend for all your dental needs. Docs staff is helpful and kind. This is an excellent team and always a positive experience.

Dr ayoub is incredible. He understands his patients and their needs. I never liked going to the dentist and he and his team are amazing. I am a customer here for life. He explains everything thoroughly and even has massage chairs while he works! If you have any doubts, do not hesitate. I highly recommend dr. A for all your dentist work.

Dr.Ayoub is one of the most caring dentists I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient for. His level of care for the needs of each of his patients is unmatched! If you are one that is fearful or have had bad bad experiences in the past he offers many options to make your visit as comfortable and painless as possible. He is very thorough and explains and even SHOWS you what is going on with your oral health. His pristine office has all top of the line updated equipment and even his dental chairs give a massage while he works! (THE BEST) Making the switch has been so easy! He also offers some of the most affordable plans for those who do not have dental insurance and really works with you! I have recommended many friends and family to him and they have all switched as well! Best dentist by far :)

Joe Issa Ayoub, DMD is a fantastic provider. He was very kind, attentive, and provided me with excellent care. This was my second appointment with him - first time having a cavity filled, and he made the process extremely easy. The office is very modern and clean - they also have massage chairs that work as you are getting your teeth cleaned. Aesthetically my filling is perfect and is undetectable in terms of bite and color. I am very grateful to have found a provider that is so knowledgeable yet kind. I have found my dentist! :)

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Joseph Ayoub and Dentistry by Design. I am not the type of person to write reviews, however this is the least I could do for something that has had such a positive impact on me. Since I was a child I was seeing a dentist who I thought I could trust. Very long story short, the dental work that he did (and sometimes didn't do) now has to be undone, redone, and fixed. From Hannah at the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Ayoub himself, I finally feel that I have found a team to look out for my best interests and get me smiling again. I HIGHLY recommend Dentistry by Design.. for an extremely unfortunate situation I have found myself in, I am thankful to be in such great hands now and for years to come.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Dr Ayoub is truly the best dentist. Nothing bad to say about him or his staff. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but if you have the opportunity to give him a try I highly suggest you do. It'll be the best change you ever make. He and his staff will look to accommodate their patients anyway they can. Patients come first in his office. This is also the most organized office I've been to. There is no waiting it's in and out. On top of that you get to enjoy the ceiling to floor window view in his brand new office location while they work on you. Highly recommend Dr ayoub to anyone I know.
