Company is a scam. Got a second opinion. They lied about my dental needs. Money hungry, and preying on those who are vulnerable and don't know any better. Get a second opinion first.

Dr. Rizvi is outstanding. He has a super friendly caring demeanor that puts the patient immediately at ease. He does excellent work. He is meticulous and explains everything. The office is serene, clean, and well run. Our family has been going to Dr. Rizvi for many years - he and his hygienists (Karen is great!) always do a super job. I highly recommend Dr. Rizvi and Dentistry by Design.

Dr. Rizvi and staff are friendly, they have the latest technology to facilitate their examinations, and lastly there is no substitute for experience, and they have experienced staff.

Trash company. I'm still angry a year later. They called me the day before my appointment telling me to bring 400-1000$ the next day. And when I said I couldn't do that on a days notice they said it would be 500$ to cancel the appointment, 250$ per hour. After this horrible experience I posted a bad review, but the poor dental work they did, shattered a week later. I tried to come back in since it had a warranty, and they called and made me take down my review in order to have the tooth fixed. Even offered a Starbucks gift card they never sent. The manager wouldn't even meet with me when I was there for my appointment.

Terrible experience here. They totally ripped me off. First I was told I'd be paying 15000, and when I returned they requested another 2000. Salina was rude, and unprofessional. Zero customer service, I will not be returning.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rizvi, he makes you feel comfortable while working in your mouth and keeps you part of the process (telling you exactly what's going to happen next and what you are going to feel). He has very gentle hands, has a calm and kind demeanor and a great personality.

Been coming here for 20+ years since I was a kid. Very unhappy with the service I've received past few weeks, as there has been issue after issue. First, there was issues with scheduling, and I was able to work around that and be accommodating. Then I came to do a simple pickup on a thrus got there at 4:50p (they close at 6) and everything was dark and no one was there! There were no signs on the door or courtesy call saying they would be closing earlier than normal due to a "power outage" they claimed when I finally heard back from them. So anytime I have scheduled something with them something goes wrong and the service is not up to par. Been to this dental office since I was young, but these are signs that I most definitely need to look for a different one.

Thank you, Dentistry by Design for all that you do. Amazing experience with Dr. Rizvi and the staff, have always been the number one choice for our family. Dr. Rizvi on my first visit cleaning visit acknowledged my teeth grinding issue and diagnosed it being caused by my bite and needed further attention from an orthodontist. I was able to get braces and avoid a jaw surgery, which I would have needed in the future. Thank you! I also have had Dr. Rizvi help me restore my smile back after a sport incident where I chipped my front tooth, I called and booked an appointment with Dr. Rizvi and within no time he was able to get my smile back but he also made it even better than what it was. Thank you to the staff & Dr. Rizvi!

They over charged me on 2 occasions. You can get the same quality for less and not have to fight over the charges. I had to have a cap that I got there glued on and when I talked to them on the phone I was told it would be no cost. When it was done they charged $150 and said insurance wouldn't cover any of this. Other dentists quoted $75 and $100 before insurance. I was surprised when the insurance did pay $55, but it would have cost less elsewhere. My son had the same problem when they decided not to take the plan he was on when told before the work was done it would be covered.
