After years of our family going there we ended up finding a new dentist because they got an entirely new staff and they didn't seem to know what they were doing even with a simple cleaning, it was awkward. They were still friendly

Between their phone system being down or changed out, and their internet connection going down, I attempted to schedule a cleaning 4 times, the last time in person at the desk, and they lost the appointment. I've been going their on and off for 30+ years. Not again, went downhill ever since the Pandemic and they went corporate. Time to find a new dentist.

I absolutely love my dentist office. Everyone there is always so happy and willing to help. All the hygienist are amazing and do a great job. I would highly recommend Dr Deboer to anyone.

So unprofessional and they made my teeth hurt. It felt like my teeth were getting cut off. They made me swallow hydro peroxide. never coming here ever again, gums were bleeding

For whatever reason, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist which makes it difficult for me even walk into a dentist office. However, I am thrilled to have found Dentistry by Design! The staff, particularly Jen, is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE; so kind, welcoming, funny and positive. Although I will never be "excited" to go to the dentist, I am certainly excited to finally have a smile I'm proud of because of the incredible crew. Thank you team!!

I can't express enough how impressed and grateful I am to the Dentists and staff of this office. They are professional and super friendly. They always show concern for your comfort and satisfaction. In my most recent visit the dentist even took extra time to address an dental issue that was not part of my scheduled appointment.
