Such a nice place with very friendly staff. They put in so many nice touches to make your dentistry experience pleasant: a tour when you first arrive, a gift for new patients, and a "comfort menu" where you can choose a heated neck pillow, a blanket, lip balm, and more. Happy to have found this place in Ames. :)

They are a excellent Dentist office. Everyone was very nice. They explained everything that was happening. They also offer a lot of things that allow you to more comfortable like a heated neck wrap!

The staff there are so warm, yet professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable and informed about what they were doing. I recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, and I actually looked forward to going to Dentistry At Somerset! (Loved listening to the new Taylor Swift album, Midnights, with many other items off the Comfort Menu too) Dr. Jason Niegsch did an amazingly efficient and precise job during my dental procedure. I also loved that dental hygienists like Leah, remembered personal things about me like that I was there last November too for a filling replacement and we chatted about the most recent Taylor Swift album then too. Looking forward to my next cleaning in January! (I canceled my cleaning back home in Boston so that I'd have an excuse to go to D@S haha :)

From start to finish, every person was friendly, and catered to my needs. They make the whole experience pain free and even have a comfort menu to make sure your time is less stressful. They start with a tour of the facility to put you at ease right from the beginning and end with your needs as a patient in mind. Eden was my hygienist and was wonderful to talk to and made sure my time in the chair was pleasant. When the Doctor came in the process was seamless and he was all about explaining what needed to be done in the future. He did not try and squeeze every service he could from me. I would highly recommend Dentistry at Somerset!

Excellent communication. I always have more than enough questions; they do not shy away from answering them all and they answer honest and truthfully. Dr. Neigsch and the staff explained thoroughly as to why, how, what needs to be done and what to expect. Excited to finally have a solid plan/solution for long term care of my teeth going forward. I was visiting from Texas and ended up having an emergency partial root canal on a Sunday! Dr Neigsch was awesome! He did it without an assistant and I actually dozed off after being numbed up! He made sure I was comfortable during and after my visit and made sure I had info to pass on to my regular dentist. There was no problem with insurance or payment and the cost was very reasonable! I recommend him to everyone living there...kind of makes me want to move home!
