Dr. Azfar A. Siddiqui has over thirty years of clinical and teaching experience in dentistry. He graduated from the deMontmorency college of Dentistry, Pakistan, as well as the University of Pittsburgh USA. He has a Masters degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute in London UK, and a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from the University of Chicago. He is a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, Diplomat of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and Fellow of the International College of Dentists(FICD). He has been inducted in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the Pierre Fauchard Honor Academy. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Siddiqui has been a member of the faculty at prestigious dental institutes such as the University of Pittsburgh, Harvard University Boston, Dental College at Leeds UK, The Aga Khan University Pakistan as well as the Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He is currently Adjunct Professor in the Advanced Care Clinic at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, A.T. Still University in Mesa Arizona.
Throughout his career he has been actively involved in the practice of prosthodontics. He performs all aspects of Prosthodontics and Dental implantology, including surgeries for dental implant placement and prosthetic rehabilitation. He also has an training in specialized care for Sleep apnea, and Oral and Head and Neck cancer rehabilitation, after chemo, radiation therapy and surgery.

I had an appointment and I was the 1st person in the waiting area, there was no receptionist so I sat down and waited. Then 2 other people walked in waited for staff. One staff member quickly attended to the man that was there and the other walked out and came back in and greeted the other lady and took her to the back to be seen. I was there 1st with an appointment wasn't greeted or acknowledged. I was like a piece of furniture. Rude!!!! Was it because I was of Color and the others were white???

My son had wisdom teeth removed today by Dr Siddiqui. I was very impressed with his care for my son. He even called our home this evening to check on my son! So impressed!

I've been to many dentists through the years and I can definitely say these guys are the best. Everyone from the front desk to the techs and of course Dr Gandhi are top notch! The best dental care you could ever expect. Very professional, clean office with knowledgeable attentive friendly staff. Let's face it most people dread dental work but this staff removes the anxiety and helps take the hesitation away making it a comfortable experience!

I regularly utilize Dentistry at Greenway for all of my dental needs. My visit was for a cleaning, which upon further investigation revealed a hole in one of my fillings. After the cleaning they quickly worked me into their schedule to take care of the filling that day. The front desk staff, dental technicians, and Dr. Ghandi are all personable, professional, and above all knowledgeable at performing their assigned tasks.

DR. Gandhi did everything I asked him to do. The folks up front at the desk and the aids are great. I'll be going back to DR. Gandhi's office if I need further adjustments.

Very friendly and caring staff. I pay out of pocket and the prices are very reasonable. The doctor is awesome. He listens, absolutely knows what hes talking about (i wish id gotten the root canal, but i didnt listen until it was too late.
