I was traveling from out of state here in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. When I developed a dry socket from a tooth extraction from a few days before. I could not get in anywhere and the awesome folks at Carolina Forest Dentistry squeezed me in. That's when they found part of the nerve was still engaged as well as having dry socket. They all took awesome care of me. They gave me some relief f try on the intense pain. My family and I will be forever grateful to this awesome team. Thank you very much for everything you all did to help me.

I was a patient for a few years things started out good but my last few visits were subpar. Let me first state that I believe people are absolutely entitled to their views and beliefs. However, as a patient, I should not know where your political beliefs are, further if I ask you to please turn off a heated news program you have on in front of my chair I really dont think I should get an eye roll and a sarcastic "sure" from the hygienist. This along with an acerbic former front desk staff (current receptionist is very pleasant and kind), and a heavy handed hygenist, are just a couple reasons I no longer feel comfortable going there. The final straw for me was being sent a promo for a credit on restoritive services..which I had scheduled. After inquiring about the promo and reading the ad word for word which they posted online as well, I was repeatedly told no that would not apply to me its only good for cleaning. Dentist does good work, however, from my perspective, I can no longer accept what appears to be patient bias.

I have been a patient of Dr.Mc Coy for 12 years and never had a problem with any one associated with Dentistry at Carolina Forest. The staff is always friendly and courteous and really care about their patients. Lisa my hygienist is always thorough and gentle when I get a cleaning. It's more like visiting friends than a dentist office.

Just went for the first time after a recommendation from my sister, I could not be happier. I have a very bad experience with dentists and have a phobia of them now because of the unnecessary excrutiating pain I've been subjected to. Ms. Jancy, and and Dr. McCoy made my visit very pleasant and pain free while concurrently explaining necessary steps that need to be taken to improve my dental health. Overall, I'm a very happy camper and can't wait to go back. As a side note, the desk staff were also very kind and helpful.

The doctors here are wonderful. Even the Dental Hygienist are great. I used them for 3 years and was always happy. My only complaint is that they think that they are the only game in town. There prices are none negotiable even if you are a loyal customer. They wanted 760.00 for my sons one cavity. Would not budge on the price at all. I paid and they did a wonderful job. But they lost me as a loyal customer. Now I see coupons around with 10 and 20 % discounts. I guess they are learning their lesson little at a time. They need to align themselves with All the new games in town. Good luck. BTW : Carolina Forest family dentistry On 501 in Conway . Dr.Jason Kiggins Is much more in line and so much more affordable. Give him a try he is awesome.

My wife and I have been going here for over 10 years and we couldn't be happier. Dr. McCoy is a top-notch dentist that takes pride in his work like an artist. The technology available in the office is very impressive and they always maintain a sanitary environment. I can't say enough good things about this office. They're the best!

Highly disappointed with my last visit. Prior to appointment I mentioned to receptionist that I wanted 1 filling done. I get there and get worked on a little after I mention it's only supposed to be 1 filling that I wanted done for that day. Dentist and assistant claims it says 3. Afterwards they rush up front to talk about me to the front desk and everyone makes it seem as if it was my fault! Which it was not. Every time I go i mention to the front desk how many I want done and when I would like for it to be done. No one says sorry. Front desk did not own up to their mistake. Then have the nerve to ask me "When would I be able to pay the amount of all 3? Which I wasn't expecting to that day. Originally was just supposed to pay for just 1. Unbelievable!!! Also I can hear the dental hygienist assistant talking about me to her coworker down the hall about what happened. My business is just that. My business.
