This office is no longer the best dental office. The new owner and staff only care about the all mighty dollar. The front desk staff are very unprofessional two weeks ago while i was waiting all the two girls could talk about was the bar they were going to that night. Recently the new owner decided to terminate Dr Hutchinson assistant of over 30 years because she was 2 dedicated to Hutch. Dr. Hutchinson is now retired and will be greatly missed by all. Many of us looking for a new provider. Please know I rarely give a bad review but trust me this is not a provider I would recommend to anyone.

Love the a whole vibe of the staff. Great customer service. The receptionist was nice and professional so is the hygienist who made my visit fun and did a great job.

Sometimes you pick a health care provider for convenience. In this case, that's certainly what I did. I go from the 7th floor to the 1st floor 5 minutes before my appointment and I'm in and out with ease. That said, sometimes your selection for convenience turns out to be so much more. That is the case with Dentistry 801 Grand. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Kind, thoughtful, but very much expert providers. I've gone from ashamed of my smile and the status of my teeth to proud to show off my pearly whites in just a short few years. The entire team at Dentistry 801 Grand made me feel important, prioritized, and worth their time and thoughtful guidance. I don't feel like a number and that means a lot to me. If you are downtown, and even if you're not, I highly recommend the experts at Dentistry 801 Grand.

Who can say they enjoy going to the dentist? I used to hate it. I love Dentistry 801! Ashley is the best - thorough, knowledgeable, funny - total respect! And the dentists are wonderful as well. Never leaving!
