I was mislead by the office in chino , my daughter was introduced to one dr who was very personable & kind with my daughter . So of course we felt safe ! Once we arrived to get treatment in corona at the very first sight of the office I rejected it instantly! Dirty smelly & scary for a pediatric dental office . Second , I kept insisting I did t want a certain Service done to my child & they kept making up excuses as to why she HAD to get it Get it done ASAP . However , I knew what may happen later could have bad results but I was willing to take full responsibility when it happened if it even happens at all . So I requested multiple times to sign the form to decline service but kept getting excuses !!!! Then the dr Administrating the anesthesia was the worst ! Rude dry and aggressive, I HATED IT ! Never introduced himself or made it friendly for my 5 yr old daughter and towered over her like he was flexing muscles . It was very intimidating for me and her . So she didn't go under peacefully . Then during her recovery I overheard him & his assistant speaking very poorly of a child who was Autistic from the room I was In. Also unprofessional. As I wait for my baby to wake up ," HE " because I still haven't known his name not once , wakes me Child up but using a rough brown napkin wiping her face with it and yanking out the nose tube . With no gentle movement regardless if she can feel it or out . Overall worse experience . Disappointed in chino office for Introducing us to one dr & sending us to another with poor quality. Plus the spacer they put in my daughter is Cricket so now guess what ? She needs to endure more pain when it should have been placed correctly the first time & should have never been done after my attempts to decline !!! Hated this experience

TERRIBLE service by Mariella. Was told my daughter needed a procedure that was partially covered by insurance. I was told 350 was needed for a chain to be used. The chain is an appliance covered in dental code 7283. The procedure is covered and they are adding codes to gain money for work that isn't even done. I question and double check all procedures with insurance. After bringing this to her attention she quickly says I can go somewhere else then. Very sad that they try to take advantage of people hoping they can get away with charging patients.

My three-year-old daughter is here on the teeth. I served 600 dollar to make the first two teeth white. But in the end they got it wrong, made it silver, and finally got my daughter back. I think this is Extremely ridiculous.. So you must remember to remind them next time you go. If you don't want children to suffer more

Absolutely terrible, scheduled an appointment for my neice for nothing as I had to wait almost an hour or more for her to be seen just to have her bands swapped. Im not sure why they would over scheduled so much if they cant handle thte load.
