Unprofessional staff!! This place is not what it used to be I have referred family and friends here the Dr. Is nice and helpful It's unfortunate that because of Unprofessional staff they are loosing patients the rude,attitude and eye rolling is not necessary the "Manager" is no better!

This review goes for years with trying to deal with this terrible office. Get another dentist! It is ridiculous that I had appointments for my daughter the day the world stopped. But when they reopened none of those missed appointments were called or rebooked. I had to rebook once I found out they were open. At which time they were so far behind my daughter had to wait months even though we confirmed our appointment time the day before Covid. Fast forward to them telling me I missed an appointment for my daughters treatment last year! So this year her mouth is basically a dentist dream job $$$. Teethe needed to be removed her cavities were terrible because they hadn't been treated since before Covid yup were 2 years out cause I missed treatment last year! I told them in June at our last appointment I wouldn't not have medical past July! Our appointment was in June and the lady at the desk told me "we're still waiting on the drs schedule for July" we will call you with the next available appointment. They called me back the next day and gave me August 3rd. I was also forced to submit $50 for a waiting list to even do her treatment. Meaning that I wasn't even given an appointment I was just told to again wait. If you're a stay at home mom with nothing to do and can wait around for calls and appoints to appear then this is the lousy place for you! Never have I had a dentist office so poorly coordinated and poorly treats their clients. When it was clear they were not going to help me in the time I needed they referred me to their "sister office" which still would've needed a consult appt then they would've scheduled the treatment appointment! This is ridiculous and only happens with dentists. A dr. Will review other drs notes and continue from there. New consults are not necessary when her most recent X-rays and diagnose were done within the last two months. There is something seriously wrong with this office and the industry as a whole is why ppl would rather not pay for dental care! Maybe if the dentist industry got on board with the rest of the drs we wouldn't be so mad at dentist offices for wasting our time when with $50 deposits they clearly don't want anyone wasting their time. Worst office in town. Also the dentist could've finished her work the day were were there he decided no to "have her have a bad experience" cause the treatment wore off but she's not getting put to sleep for the rest. So here I am no medical and she still needs treatment from an office unwilling to listen to its clients or help appropriately.

We arrived 10 minutes early, had a 8:00am appointment my daughter was called a "boy" by the lady at front desk then we we're first checking in , and they started calling other kids who we're behind us, the other girls in office are rude, the wait time is horrible and I won't bring my daughter back.

My daughter took her son here a couple weeks ago and I just had to write a review because the treatment they got was horrible. The worker Janeth needs to be fired immediately because she was so rude and unprofessional. Cannot believe how workers treat customers these days.

Wonderful dentist, horrible front office staff. No compassion. You never know what someone else is dealing with. You could have just been kind.

FIrst off the Dentist is great with kids. He was amazing with my son. Second, I was quoted in writing 100.80$ for three amalgam fillings, 375$ for oral sedation (and nitrous oxide) for my son - total of 677.40$. Straightforward right? This was quoted to me after my son was unable to get the fourth and fifth cavity filled due to an adverse reaction with the pretreatment of oral sedation. This was back in August. I just received my insurance EOB - only to find out they double the prices of everything quoted in writing to me. Over 1440$ was charged instead of the actual 677$. I will be filing actions with the California Board of Dentistry. I am no insurance expert but pretty sure this falls under insurance fraud. Oh and the girls in the billing department are extremely rude. When I explained that my son was no longer on medical and was covered under a private PPO that has a limit of 1500 per calender year (explains the price they charged right?) they were extremely rude and demeaning. They refused to to do any work, I actually had to verify benefits, and obtain confirmation of services etc (I work in the medical field in a different state so this literally took me two minutes but I was being threatened that I had to pay cash because they were not informed I had a new insurance - even though I had confirmed the previous day that the new card would be brought with.) Honestly, don't go here, if you don't have straight medical or medicare they are going to most likely screw you over and upcharge your insurance - which in the end screws you.

Extremely slow when you move out of state and you need your records emailed. It's been a month and I am still waiting and my son cant be treated without them.

My kids and I love this place. This is our second time and the staff and dentist/Dr are absolutely the best. Highly recommend this dentist 100%.

Disgusting dirty office staff! Fabiola is horrible and Dr. H -- take your kids elsewhere! Filed a complaint with state board today after Dr sent my kid home with a bad infection and no information on it and never had a real conversation with him . He was way off and not in a good way

My family and I had a great experience here, Dr. Ruben was very kind and comforting to our daughter. Staff was very friendly and we were seen quickly. After this visit my daughter told me she is no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Highly recommend!

Never bringing my daughter to this place her appointment was at 2:30 by the time it was 4 o'clock I had to ask them what was taking so longThey said the doctor was backed up you would think that they would tell you if you're sitting in the lobby do yourself a favor don't bring your child here
