(Translated by Google) I still had some doubts about changing my children's dentist, but today I am totally convinced that I should do it now. It is absurd and ridiculous the excuses they use to justify their lousy service. (Original) Todavia tenia algunas dudas en cambiar a mis hijos de dentista, pero hoy estoy totalmente convencida q debo hacerlo ya. Es absurdo y ridiculo las excusas q usan para justificar su pesimo servicio.

This place really isn't what it use to be. The doctor they send you to off Sierra Ave is crown crazy ... get yourself a second opinion before proceeding with any procedure.

Dr.Rabiee & Priscilla are the best. My kids have never felt so comfortable with any dentist like him. They actually like coming to the dentist now. Thanks Dr.Rabbie for always being so good with my kids!!!

Wait is always long. They ALWAYS seem to overbook themselves. They enforsed the face mask, ok cool, but don't tell me it's mandated and give attitude about it. No it's not mandated it's highly recommended. A private office has the right so ask you to use a mask but don't stay it's mandated by the state of California. If the office wants the patients to wear it, fine but say that. Then I get singled out for it not covering my nose when there is 2 other people here in the Lobby, whose nose is not covered. What was the point of enforcing it on me but not the other two??? I asked for a mask for my 10 yr old son as he is not vaccinated and they said he don't need it. Even staff don't have their nose covered. Yup time to move on.

DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE I really wish I would have read the reviews first before bringing my children here. Their customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone in the front desk by the name of Letty M. She was extremely condescending and rude. Offered no help whatsoever. But thanks to her I finally made the decision to not bring my kids here and write my first review.During my office visit they called in the wrong patient instead of my child. They didn't even know the mistake they did until I had to physically walk up to the front desk and tell them that they called in the wrong patient. They got upset because I corrected them and made me wait longer. The dentist had to ask me twice what type of heart issue my child had and still looked confused after that. Overall I didn't feel comfortable or happy keeping them as their dental provider.

Dr.Vera and Janeth were amazing! My daughter loves going to the Dentist but when we moved to the IE we had a hard time finding one she liked and she LOVES this place! Dr.Vera is super patient and talked her through the procedure and Janeth was very helpful and informative.

WARNING: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT recommend. They tried to deny me service because they are incompetent (failed to do their job). Almost sent me home despite having an appointment. They clearly need better training and understanding of their jobs. Worst experience ever with their front desk reception staff. I was embarrassed and humiliated by two of them in front of about five families in the waiting room. I have never in my life been talked to or treated the way they did in this dental office. One female worker was very disrespectful, confrontational, talked over me, interrupted me and just didn't let me express myself until the very end of her outburst. Once I gave them information about my referral (which they already had, but didn't bother checking or listening to me) it turns out that despite the ugly attitude, nasty tone and accusations toward me, THEY WERE WRONG all along. Before I left, one receptionist took accountability (it all started with her not looking and not finding my referral in their computer although they did have it). The other mean disrespectful woman went to the back of the office and never came back to the front desk. Honestly, I deserve an apology for the way I was treated. My primary dentist (who has awesome customer friendly staff) and I did our part of the referral process. Dentistry 4 Kids dropped the ball and blamed it on us. They took the easy route of 1. not completing the referral process on their end (there were no updated notes on my referral on their computer system), 2. stating that they didn't take HMO (they do with referrals: how do they not know this?) 3. assuming that the referral was not sent (they didn't bother to look, ask or listen), 4. not listening to my numerous attempts to catch them up with my referral, 5. accusing me implicitly of lying simply because some of them did not do a good job (no notes on referral, not checking for referral) and finally 6. trying to wipe their hands clean (by blaming me) instead of taking accountability and apologizing. I was super frustrated. I felt belittled. I felt talked down to. I was berated. Is this the way you want to be treated? My appointment (for my 2 year old son) was at 10am. I arrived at 9:30 am for paperwork. We were seen at 11:00am after this whole ordeal. An hour and half of waiting.... with an energetic 2 year old losing patience. In comparison our primary dentist sees us within 15 minutes. He respects our time and scheduled appointments. I was patient, civil, and insisted to tell my side of the story. Had I not clarified and informed them, they would have sent me in circles to get a referral they already had. They would have canceled my appointment. I waited despite their mistreatment because this is about my son's health and I am setting an example for him. We do not give up; instead we persevere. Although the actual dentist and hygienist were nice and completed my son's exam, the front desk staff really ruined the experience. I will never forget their attitude and ill treatment. I was hoping for the best when we were referred. I have three kids. I thought well maybe this will be our new kids dentist once we are able to upgrade our insurance in the fall. Well, after this visit they lost three long term potential clients because of two unskilled office staff. I refuse to support such an unprofessional atmosphere. I would think that a smart business wants to thrive. Thriving means great customer service, completing your work, and welcoming business. Instead I was mistreated and pushed out because they are cutting corners. Our dental work pays their bills and that deserves appreciation on their behalf.

Please don't go here if you have a child with special needs. I have a 3 year old who is autistic, he has social anxiety and is terrified of strangers (the pandemic didn't help) so my son was crying and petrified when he met the doctor and the doctors exact words from his mouth was "what's wrong with him, it's not normal to cry so much" not hello nice to meet you. He then checked his teeth visually and quickly because like I said my son was crying. Then he said "you better hope he doesn't get cavities with this type of behavior he'll need to be asleep" and that was the end of our visit. I read most of the reviews and thought they would treat my son so well being that this was his first time at a dentist but no. I'm still in the process of looking for the right dental office for my autistic son. If anyone knows of any in the area please let me know. Thank you

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, MY SON HAS A DISABILITY HE WASN'T TREATED WITH DIGNITY. They attempted to do his cleaning with a regular tooth brush and toothpaste. The quality of work is done in this place is poor. The assistant didn't wear the proper attire PPE, not goggles or shield. They don't disinfect the patients chairs either. They don't comply with CDC orders. They ask me not to come to there office with my son anymore cause I refuse to seat him 6 feet away from the other patient. They seat ALL THEIR PATIENTS NEXT to each other with out caring for the safety of others

Due to pandemic, they take our temperature as we walked in. ( i have no problem with that) However they only take temperature when their boss/manager is around or skip certain individuals. Other than that, I haven't had an issue so far, been bringing my sibling for the past few years.

Very scary place when there's a pandemic and the office if full . Also the receptionist has been coughing since I got here ( 45minutes ago ) I've been waiting and my appointment was 45minutes ago . Also they didn't allow me to walk in with my child even after questioning them . They said it's because of the " covid 19 ". Well don't allow coughing receptionist if that's the case ! Will not be coming back here again . If you care for your health and you want to be with your child then this place is not for you .

Terrible service at the reception they are rude, they serve with contempt, I waited for 3 hours, they attended to all the people who arrived after me, they were already going to close at 5 in the afternoon and that was how they treated me since I was not there. patients I had my appointment at 2 in the afternoon and they saw me at 5, I never go back to that place.
