Dr. Fielat is a Southern California resident who obtained his license to practice from the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry. He graduated amongst the top of his class. After graduation he continued his advanced studies receiving his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from University of Southern California (USC) School of Pediatric Dentistry.

It sucks I have been sitting here for an hour my son's apt was at 3pm it is now 355pm and we still haven't been seen!! And when asked when will my son be seen they said there is 2 more people in front of him

They pulled the wrong tooth and didn't even numb him right. My son felt everything. Negative stars.

We were sent here by Dentistry 4 Kids Ortho on Marygold and Sierra. We were sent here for a root canal evaluation. However no evaluation was done, I was not allowed informed consent on my minor, my childs molar was immediately prepped for a root canal, with no evaluation information nor consent obtained from me. Then my child was left with her molar raw and with a hole, I was called front admin to set an appointment to place a crown, during the crown appt daughter came right out and front admin advised sorry insurance denied crown, however why then were we scheduled for an appt. Front admin called to schedule childs crown impression and advised again insurance approval of crown. Front admin called me during appt that childs molar bracket had to be removed, I responded ok. However when child came out crying naturally I asked child what happened. My child took off her mask to tell me that dentist and dental assistant were talking about how hard it was to remove child molar bracket and laughing about it while roughing up her jaw and lips. Immediately I could see my child mouth/lips red swollen blood and cuts. Front admin took me into where dentist and dental assistant were and asked me to repeat child testimony immediately dental assistant did not deny what my child told me and blamed that child molar bracket should have been removed prior to impression. I asked why was I not asked to have molar bracket removed during the scheduling of appt and or when I was called during appt. why rough up my child and laugh about it with each other in front of child. Dental assistant and dentist were completely unapologetic. I asked front admin to help me file a complaint she told me they were addressed and not to worry. However I want to file a legitimate complaint against dentist and dental assistance. If you can help me with that please reach out to me via message. TYIA
