Very unorganized you'll fill out paperwork then asked to fill you come into the office. They took both my minor kids back did x-rays without me being there, cleaning and exam. When I asked to go back with my son who does not like being at the dentist Yvette denied me and said they would call me back at a later time. Yvette even lied and said she talked to my 11 year old and he felt comfortable being back there for his cleaning and that never happened. My previous experience at this office was different I went back with my kids it was never a problem. We will be switching dental offices.

The Dentist and Orthodontists themselves are amazing. However the half of the front staff is incredibly rude and do not know how to deal with children. They also schedule appointments give the card but don't put it in the system.

My daughters ages 2 and 4 were seen about a week ago best experience. My 4 year old had work done yesterday and I was so amazed by how they made her feel so fearless they made her experience the best. One of the best dentist in town for sure thank you guys for making it the best experience for them both

My Daughter had her first dentist appointment and it went so well all because of the people that work at this dental office.. she was really nervous and scared and they explained every little step and were gentle with her.. I highly recommend them !! She said she loves the dentist!!

They were not able to see my son for being a little late and on top of that they charged me $40 deposit that they were not able to give back and wanted to charge me another $40 for them not to see him, staff was really rude and not helpful whatsoever. For all the parents if you have Medi Cal they can NOT charge you more then a dollar $1 for any work that needs to get done, if they do they are breaking the contract with the state of California. Regardless of their policy.

I do not recommend this place. All they care about here is MONEY!! They will not care about the health of your children. I had a very bad experinece here and I feel like I should share with all. Well, it all happened when my wife took my kids to the dentist on April 2nd 2021. We recently moved to Corona and my wife wanted to take the kids to a local dentistry, and when she did, she scheduled an appointment and provided the issues that my kids are having and she was hoping to go there for a treatment. Instead, they took X-rays and they rushed a 2 minute examination for each and then said come back again because we have so many paitents. The nurse outisde said that she will call for another appointment but never did. Worse come to worse is seeing my isurance bill claim for CLEANING! How on earth are you recording a treatment in my kids file for cleaning when it never happened! There is a clear miss-comunication between the Dr and the nurse here because they are filing things that didn't happen. I feel bad for those whom are going there and think they are receiving a good treatment. I tried other dentistry before, and I know the difference between a good or bad service. They are not the worse, but def. a bad place to take your kids to. I will drive back my old Dentist in Anahiem because I will not try another dentist here in Corona!

We took my daughter to get her teeth extracted and we had the best experience! My daughter and I hate the dentist but the staff and the Dr. were amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable and fearless. The office is beautifully decorated, clean, and the staff is super nice. The Dr. is wonderful with kids and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a pediatric dentist.

Well first thing first I give this place a 5 star...there amazing no one was rude everyone was help full. I have a 5 year old boy that has ADHD and they did amazing on controlling him no other kids dentist I went could handle my son so thank you guys the doctor and the assistant did a amazing job.. I highly recommend to parents amazing work thank you guys
