I originally wrote 5 stars for this Dentist, because the staff are friendly. After a year of going here my review has moved to 2 stars. First off, I am writing this review because I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they decide to call me at 8PM the night before, to tell me the appointment is not going to work because "the appointment before me is going to run longer than expected". I had scheduled this appointment a month in advance, and asked off work for this. Why did they call me the night before to let me know this? This isn't the first time this has happened. The appointment before this they said I would have to reschedule the day before because I did not "text confirm" that I would be there. If I wasn't going to be there I would call to let them know. I would let them know in advance, not 8pm the night before like they do. Whenever they did my crown, the mold was done wrong not once but twice. I came in THREE times for them to finally do the mold right for my permanent crown. Aside from the mold being wrong, I had to come back at least two or three times for them to put the temporary on that was not put on right and kept falling off. Don't know how much work I missed because of these mistakes. Also, they talk in Spanish the whole appointment. Sometimes it is very obvious that they are having problems even though I do not understand what they are saying. I think that is unprofessional and uncomfortable to the client that doesn't understand what you are saying. There is much more unpleasant experiences I had at this dentist that I won't take time to write. I tried to give them multiple chances , but I will no longer be going here.

I'm really upset at this dentists, after ending partnership with Medicaid they try to convince me to take my child again to pay them for their services, in what mind fits the idea that I a person who has Medicaid will pay for that treatment and also I'm upset because they said they weren't going to leave the network, that makes them seem untrustworthy and deceivers, never will ever go back with them even if they come back to the network again!!!

Today was my first visit with Dr Perez. I give him 5 stars for being so kind, considerate and patient. Everyone in his clinic especially Monica and Crystal are very friendly and accommodating. As soon as a spot opened up for today, Crystal called me. Otherwise my appointment would not have been until the 15th of June. Dr Perez, you and your staff are incredible.

I've been visiting this practice for a couple years now. I'm glad my insurance directed me to Dr. Perez and his staff as it has been one of the most pleasant dentist visits I've had. What started out as tooth ache, ended up leading to the removal of my wisdom teeth. The whole process through, the Dr. and his staff were extremely supportive and helpful. The staff is such a great component of this practice, as they are very friendly and welcoming. It's always a pleasure to show up to my appointment and talk to Monica, Gabby, and the Dr.. They really make your time there comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend the work of Dr. Perez and his staff!

Prices have going up excesivelly since laat year, we found others dentist in the area that did the same work at a much lower price. Also the consultory was too cold, looks like they dont want to expend money in heating. For the prices they charge they should at least keep the consultory warm

My family and I live downtown and we certainly don't care to drive all the way over to see Dr. Perez. His experience, dedication and amazing dental work makes up for it. In addition to that his staff is very friendly and always courteous and last but not least Gabi and Cristi are great assistants. 5 stars all the way

Dr. Perez is very careful, very detailed, and very thorough. His whole staff is this way... Very knowledgeable and they are super careful and kind. They listen to the problems and examine all angles. I get anxiety at the dentist and so does my son. They were aware of issues and did a fabulous job making the experience as painless as possible while still doing excellent work. I'm moving my whole family to this office!

Great work as always. Dr. Perez is thorough and does a great job. His staff is first rate and always trying their best to help. I wish that I'd come here years ago. It would have saved me a lot of hassle and money.

Hands down the best dentist! He has been treating my 4 year old and she looks forward to going! The entire staff is compassionate, friendly and extremely kind! The doctor is calming, very knowledgeable and patient! So much that my little one fell asleep during a root canal! I could not think of a better place to come! Highly recommend Dr. Perez!

Dr. Perez is the best dentist we have ever seen my toddler had a really bad cavity and Dr. Perez took his time was kind and gentle and very patient with him. Will recommend to everyone I know !

Dr. Perez and his staff are amazing! I'm fairly new to Tomball so I was searching around for a new dentist to get an exam done. I'm glad I chose this place! The location is convenient, parking is adequate, and the sitting area is very modern and clean. I honestly dreaded dentist appointments, but Dr. Perez is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I'll be honest and say I was bummed when I was told I needed my fillings redone. However, after redoing them and looking at the pictures I was shocked. My previous dental work was not the greatest and I agreed. Thank him for giving me his honest opinion and educating me. Dr. Perez and the dental assistant did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable. They're bilingual too so that's also a plus! :) The front desk was also super friendly as far as checking in, billing and scheduling. 10/10 would recommend this office!

My son started coming here to get his 4 wisdom teeth removed. He experienced no pain and discomfort and was back playing soccer the next day. Since then I've brought my whole family for all cleaning and dental services. The professionalism and attention to detail by Dr. Perez is refreshing to find as well as the staff. I would recommend Dentitrust to all my family and friends.
