Brianne has 17 years experience in the dental field. She started her career as a dental assistant in 2003 and is a graduate of the dental assisting program at Salina Technical School in Kansas. She began in specialty practices for Pediatrics and Orthodontics. Her family moved to the Seattle area in 2006 where she continued to expand her knowledge as a lead dental assistant and later managed a general dental office. Brianne enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, absolutely loves being a part of a team that transforms smiles, and witnessing the confidence a beautiful smile brings. Outside of work, Brianne is an avid traveler and lived abroad in Italy for three years and France for two years. She cherishes time with her husband and two young girls exploring the outdoors, camping, hiking and visiting the National Parks.
Karen Gress is a registered dental hygienist whosebackground includes basic routine dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to patients in both general and specialty practices. She graduated from the Mt. HoodCommunity College dental hygiene program in 2006. She is a native Oregonian who recently relocated to Kirkland Washington.
Karen enjoys helping her patients manage and control gum disease through education and awareness and is a strong advocate for increasing access to quality oral health care in the community. She partnered with her local county health department to provide dental sealants and screenings for underserved elementary school students in Oregon. She also volunteered for the ODAs Annual Mission of Mercy outreach event providing free dental care to the public.
While working in the dental field and seeing mouths transform to better the patient, I knew without a doubt I wanted to be a dental hygienist. Seeing patients want to smile more thrills me to no end. I graduated from Bellingham Technical College in 2010. I love getting to know every single person that sits in my chair and yet provide them with gentle high quality care. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my amazing husband and two boys. We spend a lot of time boating, camping, traveling and going to our house on Orcas Island.
Amber has invested over 7 years into her dental career thus far. After graduating from vocational training at Sno-Isle Technical Skills Center in Everett she is continuing her education by taking college classes as perquisites for a dental hygiene program. When not working clinically or on school work, she enjoys traveling, especially back home to Palm Springs, CA. Some other hobbies she enjoys are piloting small aircrafts, clay pigeon shooting, and paddle boarding.
Kristina has come to our office with over three years of experience in the field of dentistry. Kristina has always known that she wanted to be in the dental field. She loves that she gets the chance to meet new people and help keep their oral hygiene healthy. Outside of work, Kristina is very much involved in her church and loves to spend time with her fellow youth members. She also loves to travel and explore different places with her friends and family.
Dr. Stevie Ames Roberts wasall butraised in a dental office. Or rather, her parents are both dentists in Philadelphia and practice out of their family home ina brownstone on Rittenhouse Square.She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior while also performing vocals and piano in a rock band. After college she continued with music and also completed a Masters of Biomedical Science (MS) in addition to her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) at Tufts University in Boston, MA. After dental school she returned to Philly to work and continue her dental education from the best teachers around, her mom and dad, where she gained invaluable experience in all aspects of dentistry and patient care.
She met her fianc, a Seattle native while in dental school and he is currently in an oral surgery residency at UW. When they are not talking teeth, they enjoy exploring the country and PNW in their RV trailer with their rescue dog, JoJo. She also enjoys playing the piano, reading, and spending time on the water. Dr. Roberts is excited to be a part of the Kirkland community and to provide exceptional care to her patients.
