Dr Cho is very professional and courteous dentist and the staff is amazing I recommend everyone to go to this practice because they are caring, professional,and the cleanliness in the office is perfect and shoutout to ANTONIA who is always multitasking!

I echo others' negative experiences. These 5 star reviews must be fake. Dr. Cho made many condescending comments in my brief interaction with him, including making assumptions that I did not know how "insurance works in America." This is not someone I trust working on my teeth and I will be taking my business elsewhere. For what it's worth, I found his technician to be quite warm and welcoming.

Man... What the heck. I went here because the reviews were so high, but it seems people are having ABSOLUTELY different experiences here. I just visited their office and the dentist and dental hygienists gave me NO information about what was going on. The doctor didn't introduce himself, didn't tell me what was going on, and didn't ask me if I had any questions. He just walked in and started working on my teeth without saying anything. I don't even know his name lol bc no one, including him, told me. He only really talked to the dental hygienist, and I had to remember the words they were using to google it later and figure out what they were saying. They took x-rays and didn't tell me anything about what they saw. At one point I tried to make conversation with the doctor and he didn't even respond or react to me. My total visit lasted maybe 10 minutes, and it ended with them asking me to call them in two weeks to REMIND them to call the insurance people to check my costs. Why am I being asked to call and remind them to do their job?! They didn't even schedule me for another visit. They told me I had two cavities, and I had to ask them about where the cavities are and how deep they were. When I asked, they just told me "They're bad, trust me. You're gonna want them filled." I never told them I was thinking about not filling them--I just wanted more information. Overall, I just felt like they were rushed and just trying to get me out of there, but I only saw one other patient in the office when I was there. I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time bc of insurance and other roadblocks, but I do not recall the experience being this bad. I don't think I'll be going back here. Patients shouldn't have to ask you what's going on to know the bare minimum information.

Dr.Cho uses the latest technologies, is always highly attuned to your comfort, and does impeccable work. I have a full stable of doctors (old age is fun!!) and Dr. Cho is one of my favorites. I highly recommend this practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cho's for 3 years and he is an outstanding dentist. I always feel heard, supported, and satisfied during/following my visits. His staff are professional and friendly and scheduling has always been easy and efficient.

Dr. Cho is a nice, professional dentist who does his job very well. He leaves my smile looking great and my teeth feeling smooth and clean. The receptionist and hygienists are very courteous and professional and easy to talk too. I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

The young lady, Antonia, greeted me as I entered and was completely pleasant, professional, and put me at ease. The dental assistant was very nice and did a great job with my x rays and cleaning. Dr. Cho is very good, very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. There were no car salesman games to get me to buy something or get a procedure I didn't need. I look forward to working with them in the future and hopefully will be the only dentist I ever work with in Boston. Thank you to everyone at Dentistar. I've been coming here for a year now and I'm just as happy as I was when I wrote the review above.

I was referred by my auntie , my insurance chanced and it was very difficult to find a good , local place that could care for my needs. I admit I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist due to trauma from my childhood . It was one of the best experiences I ever had !!! So welcoming, clean , professional and very friendly. I will tell everyone I know starting with my family. Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT SERVICE you provided! They say if something is easy then it will be great and it was . Went for a cleaning and had a great experience. Kind staff and clean office. The dentist was quick but I still felt like he did a good job and thorough cleaning. I will be going back for my next cleaning.
