Dr. Reem is dedicated to providing positive dentistry experiences to even the youngest patients. Her extensive training and experience have also prepared her to offer excellent care to special needs patients.
Dr. Ibrahim Y. Alhussain offers his expert orthodontic care to patients of all ages. He began practicing dentistry and orthodontics in France where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Louis Pasteur University with honorable mention. He then moved to the United States and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree at the Prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. He went on to be further certified in orthodontics at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York City, where he served as the Advanced Standing Resident.
Also known as Dr. Al, he provides quality care to all his patients. He maintains memberships in the Virginia Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.
Dr. Al has extensive teaching and research experience. He is also an author of published articles on orthodontic discoveries, sleep apnea and dental impactions, including a study on the treatment of sleep apnea through both surgical and orthodontic treatments.
Dr. Reem I. Alhussain has spent many years obtaining the knowledge and extensive training required to ensure your child will receive the highest and most comfortable care. She is personally invested in seeing that each child has the best oral healthcare possible. She believes it is important for children to have a positive dental experience starting at a young age to foster a lifetime of excellent oral health. She enjoys making the dental visit a comfortable, unique, and fun experience for every child!
Dr. Reem was born in France, grew up in Paris, and later in Fairfax, Virginia. Growing up on different continents led her to a commitment and love for connecting with people. She takes great pride in the personal connections she has built with her patients over the years. She truly believes that patient-centered communication is at the core of any health success. With that philosophy in mind, she graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Political and Persuasive Communications with a Minor in Business.
When you choose a dentist dedicated to the practice of orthodontic care, you are being treated by a specialist with a high level of training and experience. After completing his education as a dentist, Dr. Ibrahim Alhussain continued his studies, focusing on orthodontics and dento-facial growth and development. He finished a three-year clinical program in orthodontics and then a one-year research program. He was further certified in orthodontics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
Some cases require jaw surgery to correct the shape or alignment of the bones of the face and jaw. Dr. Al is experienced in coordinating care both before and after surgery to achieve the goal of improved function and cosmetics.
We offer teeth whitening after your orthodontic treatment is completed. Both pediatric and adult patients often experience teeth yellowing or staining while wearing braces. Teeth whitening after braces come off, helps you get the beautiful, straight and white smile theyve been working toward.

this review based on my first visit it may not picture the actual status of the office. Our appointment was 3:30 pm. I had to pick up my daughter earlier from school. We arrived at the facility 3:15 pm and waited for an hour. No one saw us. We had many promises that we will be seen, and after that when I decided to get out, there were no signs of regret or at least true apologies! Overall, unsatisfied with the experience.

I had a great experience with my first time visit for my 2 and half years old daughter I was very nervous how it will be but the Lovely staff and the lovely dr Reem smothered it and made it great , highly recommended

I don't like it. They wanted us to pay an additional $120. I have insurance. When I told them I couldn't pay, you'd better send it to the insurance company. He asked me to get out of the dentist. I couldn't believe it. They make it personal. Disrespect.

My son had his first dentist appointment today and it went much more smoothly than I could have imagined! Dr. Reem and the staff all have excellent bedside manner, which is especially important for a pediatric practice, and they were all very professional. My son left with a smile on his face and I would recommend her to anyone!

I had been putting off getting braces for years before finally making an appointment with Dr. Al. My experience with the doctor, as well as the staff, exceeded every expectation! The staff at TWO are very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and so much fun!! Dr. Al is always willing to take the time to explain each step of the treatment and what I can do at home to achieve the best results. I finally finished the treatment and I'm so happy with my new smile! 10/10 experience - highly recommend!

As a new mommy I was nervous searching for a dentist for my 1 year old and more nervous for her first dental visit but I am so happy we found Dr.Reem! Front office and clinical staff were all so kind from the moment we checked in. Great communication from the moment I scheduled an appointment and love that I was able to set up a portal where I can view all appointments and medical history. Dr. Reem has phenomenal bedside manner and made sure to answer all our questions. She even took our first trip to the dentist pictures for us! Highly recommend!
