Always extraordinary! Patient, informative, compassionate. Nobody likes going to the dentist but, I genuinly enjoy seeing every indevidual in this building. Theyre all so wonderful and kind. I know Im in good hands here. If my family lived closer, Id make us them all believers in Rock Rose Dental!

Worst dental experience I've had so far. I wanted to try this new dentist because of the good reviews. Everything was fine until they started taking X-rays. They had a trainee take my X-rays and he spent 1 full hour doing so. He took 30+ photos because he couldn't get it right. He scratched my gums multiple times and they didn't have any time leftover to clean my teeth. I should have left. I waited for the dental exam. The dentist was friendly, did a quick exam, and immediately told me that I had two cavities. They then proceeded to charge me half of the fee for my next visit to fill these "cavities". I went to a great dentist the following week who confirmed I had no cavities. To top it all off, my insurance only covers one exam every 6 months, so they wouldn't cover my visit to the competent doctor. I requested that Rock Rose pay this. I had to email 3 times before receiving any acknowledgment and they refused to pay it. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible.

Always a pleasure getting my exams and cleaning here. The staff has been so kind from my initial exam and major procedure to the follow up cleaning since then. I've opted in for text notification for any upcoming dental visits which I receive a week prior to the appointment which is great. Communication to cancel or reschedule my appointments have been a breeze to whoever I have spoken to either by phone or by text. Everything is clean and inviting when you enter. On the financial side I wished my provider Aflac would not require to submit my claims on my own but the process has been fairly easy. I've received the forms required for the claim in a timely matter after each visit but assume that even with any other provider that they work with directly is being processed as timely or even faster then that. Will recommend Rock Rose Dental to my friends and family.

I urge everyone who needs a super-woman DENTIST to try this one. I did and I can't tell you how wonderful she is. She is so great that even though I have moved to Southern California I fly back to Sacramento for my dental needs. She does everything, no going to another dentist for specialty work. She does it ALL!! The Natomas office was my regular office and everyone in the office was extra pleasant and helpful. Try them once. You will be sold!!!

I know they see so many patients, but they always seem to make me feel as though they remember me personally and small details of my life. They are attentive to any concern I have. I have had extreme dental anxiety since I was a teenager. Always had to be IV sedated. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I am not scared. They are all so gentle, understanding, and kind. If you've been afraid to go to the dentist, go here. They have Rock Rose Dental in Roseville and Gateway Oaks Dental in Sacramento. They split their time between the offices. It sure if it gets any more convenient than that. I am so happy w their work. I love them, finding a dentist you love is no easy feat! They are also really really good at solving emergencies and being able to get you in quick.
