I want to thank everyone in this dental office. This team is fantastic. I am a Primary Care Director for a non profit org. and really appreciate and acknowledge awesome customer service when I see it. From the amazing front office staff, to the the finance coordinator, to the dental assistants and most importantly Dr. Amid. They all communicated with each other so politely. I am very happy I met this team. No run arounds, they get the work don't on the spot. Thank you so much Dental Team!!!!

The reviews must be fake! These people are very rude, and unprofessional. Seems like they all sleep with each other and try to be hip hop cool people, although they're Hispanics . The dentist are young and rude! They treated us badly! Even at the Cerritos location.

I found this dental office after a bad experience with other dental office and I am very happy with Dentist of Torrance. They have modern equipment. Office is very clean. All staff were friendly and professional. Dentist was also very professional and caring.

I have been looking for a new dentist for myself and my children since Western Dental took over our old dentist. I found this office on my insurance website. I understand Covid and new ways of doing things. But I asked a month in advance to have myself and my 3 kids on the same day because I have to take off from work to go to the dentist. 3 days before my appointment i get a call saying we can't keep the times we have and I have to more 2 appointments to the afternoon when I have something else planned for that day. Or I can make another appointment another day. I already have doctors appointments and dentist appointments sent for this month and this is really messing with my next 2 weeks off. I decided to just cancel the whole thing. I do not find it is fair I have to make changes when I am not the one that made the mistake. I will find another dentist that can provide the correct information the first time. UPDATE: They called me and accommodated my children and I. I was satisfied with the service until price came up. It turns out they were out of network but the paperwork they have said no such thing. After paying almost 800 dollars for my total services I still have a bill left to pay for what my insurance will not cover. I emailed the lady who called me and got us into our appointment and never heard back and my calls have never been returned. They are a scam that is trying milk all the money out of you that they can.

I am very displeased with this Dental office. I booked an appt for a teeth cleaning. I expressed in the phone that I did NOT want Xrays. I had xrays already within the last 2 years at their office, but because the dental office practice had been sold, they said they couldn't do my cleaning unless I had them done. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THAT WAS THAT EVEN THOUGH THEY AGREED TO A TEETH CLEANING OVER THE PHONE AND BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT, WHEN I ARRIVED THEY WOULD NOT DO THE CLEANING, EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHY I DIDNT WANT THE XRAYS RIGHT NOW. Why would you book an appointment and have me waste my time coming there if you were not going to do the cleaning. Horrible office that thinks it's okay to manipulate people.

First time at this dental clinic And had a great experience. Since you walk in Melissa greeted you with such a great customer service. The back office staff is also great i met Marcy the dental assistant, and my dentist Dr. Chan such a gentle person he took he's time because I was very nervous he really understood my feelings. They explained everything thoroughly and my procedure and cleaning was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hafiz is the best orthodontist ever! Everyone should come and see him. He is patient and also very understanding and flexible. He gave me his cell phone and said I can call him anytime I have a concern.. I haven't, but it's nice to know I can. Btw, my teeth look fantastic!

I must say.. the team here is absolutely outstanding. They're all so friendly, kind, intelligent, and thorough. You can kind of see everyone taking their individual roles seriously, while simultaneously having a casual chat with you and the others. It's not like you're gonna walk in there and find just "staff members " with uniforms on. I like to think they all have superpowers lol, depending on what you need. It's just awesome to watch them work. You will not be disappointed. And I almost forgot to mention: After my initial cleaning, I most certainly wanted them to provide my fillings.. AND 2 crowns! Now my mouth feels amazing! Just set the appointment... you will see what I mean

Do not trust this dental office. They told me I needed $9,000 worth of work done so I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and ended up getting a filling for just over $300. Seems to me that Dentist of Torrance is just trying to get as much money from people as they can without much concern for what they client actually needs. Go somewhere else.

I visited Dentist of Torrance on 6/10 on an emergency after some mis-communication with my HMO dentist. I was very pleasantly surprised. The office is so throughly modern, very bright, nicely appointed with orchids -- which I like. Staff associates were excellent, very professional, very pleasant snd friendly. That set the tone for my visit. Plan and prices were easily laid out on paper and explained to me. Dr. Omid was extremely pleasant, very gentle, and has a manner and style.(and smile) that made my visit unbelievably calming and pain free. Can you imagine watching "The Crown" on Netflix and being thoroughly distracted and entertained by it during oral surgery? Yes, that's right. Overall, Dr, Omid , his staff, office, and state of the art equipment earned high marks from one with a critical eye for detail and customer service. It's just such a s hame that I will have to return to my own plan dentist. But Dentist of Torrance will be on my mind when I do. Way to go team! Thank you.
