A native of California, Dr. Sharon Albright earned a doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Sharon Albright was named the Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Year in 2001 by the University of Missouri, Kansas City Alumni Association an annual award which recognizes a graduate who has completed their education within the last 10 years, exhibited outstanding service to the UMKC School of Dentistry, the dental profession and the community, and maintained the highest standards of professionalism. In the late 2001 Dr. Albright relocated to California and began private practice in her current Oakland location.
Registered Dental Hygienist An expert in preventive oral health care, Boba plays a major role in promoting, attaining and maintaining the health of the supporting structures for the teeth and, in turn, the overall health of our patients. Gentle cleanings, oral hygiene education and coaching in home care techniques are her specialties.
Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions Melissa assists the dentist(s) and performs selected procedures of her own. Takes care of the patients so that they feel as comfortable as possible before, during and after treatment. Also manages patient flow, clinical preparation, supply inventory and sterilization to make treatment proceed safely and efficiently.

Dr. Albright and her team are amazing! I actually enjoy teeth cleaning here. Dr. Albright is always so thorough when she does your final check as well as quality driven when it comes to any dental treatments- definitely try them out if you're in need of a new dentist!

I highly recommend Dr. Albright for all of your dental care needs. My experiences were professional, and I was treated with dignity and respect. There were no hidden costs, and the treatment plan was presented, and explained to me in detail during the first visit. Dr. Albright listened, and advised me on what services were appropriate, and necessary. Staff were courteous, and informative. Time management and return appointments were orderly, and well carried out. It was necessary for Dr. Albright to correct, and repair costly, and extremely inferior dental work performed by another Bay area dentist in San Leandro, on Estudillo street. Dr. Sharon Albright provides excellent dental care, and great customer service!

Dr. Albright and her entire staff are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Website is great and they have all the newest technology so I'm always surprised by something new when I go. I definitely feel confident going in to get office knowing that my teeth and in good hands. I always look forward to going and I know that sounds crazy. I just believe in good oral health. Please take care of your teeth and go to Dr. Albright's office for good care and comfortably.

Dr. Albright and her staff are very thorough, professional and friendly. The first visit included a very complete assessment of my teeth. I found Dr. Albright after my former dentist retired and sold the practice to a corporation. That was an awful experience filled with upsells but it prompted me to find a new dentist. You won't be disappointed! The dental staff and the front office staff are all wonderful!

I have been Dr. Albright and Team's patient for three years now. Prior to coming to her practice, I had dental problems. I had recently been to 2 other dentists. Dr. Albright's treatment and recommendations--which I now follow daily--resulted in my dental health being restored without major dental surgery. Of all the dentists I have had over the past decades, both NorCal and SoCal, she outshines them all! "Albright" is the perfect name for her. Thank you.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now to have checkups and cleaning. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but the staff here are always so friendly and caring that I can't help but feel at ease. They always take their time and do a great job, and have inspired me to improve my daily dental routine. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The front staff personnel were rude. I canceled my second appt. within an appropriate time by calling them in advance. I was sent a letter chastising me for not contacting them regarding the canceled appt. Only go here if you have med-ical.

I had the most AMAZING experience from the moment I found this dental office. I needed an immediate examination and everywhere I called no one was available for weeks. When I called Dr. Albright's office I spoke with Cecilia first and she was SO kind and sweet. She was able to get me an appt at 8am the next day. I think she could tell I was so desperate to get in asap lol. My insurance for whatever reason was not loading and Cecilia so communicative and kept me in the loop until my insurance processed. I also worked with Katina who also was super patient and nice and made sure everything was good to go. My appt was this morning and Dr. Albright was very attentive and answered all my questions and was beyond patient! I truly appreciate the kindness and attentiveness I received from the moment I called on the phone until my actual appointment. I will definitely be returning for all my annual cleanings and dental concerns!

I'm a big fan of Dr. Albright and her team! I've been a patient for about 6 years, and it's always been an excellent experience. I would describe my prior experience with dentistry as "fine" at best, whereas here I've gotten 100% great care. My routine cleanings are always thorough and gentle, which speaks to the skill of the staff. I also appreciate that they're game to answer any question, whether I'm asking about my teeth or about how a specific tool is used. Special shout out to Boba for her x-ray skills! I don't love chomping on the x-ray plates, but Boba works so quickly and accurately that it goes by super fast. Everyone is always super friendly; and there's clearly a focus on patient education and positive support -- not lectures or guilt tripping. I never thought I'd say I look forward to dental appointments, but I kinda do now, because I always leave in great mood!

Dr. Albright's office is amazing. I was so nervous and anxious about having a tooth filled when I arrived, but they coached me through my anxiety and explained their action which enabled me to relax and my filling was very comfortable. I explained that I had a fear of needles and everyone was so supportive. Also a previous experience had me paranoid of the drilling that was necessary. However by telling me in advance what to expect - the vibration from the drilling - it made me even more comfortable. The entire office is wonderful.
