Our practice, founded in 1996, has been a long time coming for Dr. Michael J. Waldron, who knew even at a young age that he wanted to become a doctor and help people and it was in his sophomore year at the State University of New York at Albany, working as a dental assistant, that he found his way into dentistry.
During his time as a dental assistant, he saw firsthand how modern dentistry could help people maintain and even improve their health. This led him to pursue an education at the New York University College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1992, following the completion of his undergrad in 1988.
After moving on to complete his general practice residency, Dr. Waldron went into private practice, working as an associate doctor before completing an extensive training program in orthodontics at the International Association of Orthodontics in 1993.

I absolutely love this office! The staff is so friendly, professional and caring. I have had nothing but a great experience there. I had my wisdom teeth out as well by their Oral Surgeon and he was absolutely amazing as well.

Today was my first time visiting a dentist since I moved up to Orange County 10 months ago. My experience was the BEST, everybody was very kind and pleasant to speak with. The Receptionist was kind enough to welcome me to OC and everything went well and on time! NOW my hat goes off to my New Dentist "Lauren" not only was she beautiful, very sweet and knowledgeable .. but I believe that was the best cleaning on my teeth I've ever received....ALLTIME! I found my new Dentist spot for sure :)

1st visit today and I felt comfortable. I have had horrid experiences in my life with various dentists. Never felt comfortable from the first visit until this time. Looking forward to the rest of my many visits.

I have found my forever dental group. I'm having major work performed and have been there 4 times. The office runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are astute and supportive of each other. Dentist Waldron is jovial, polite, and all business. He is a professional in every sense of the word. His confidence and skill shine through at every visit.

The Waldron Smile Center lives by the name. Always friendly and extremely accommodating. You forget you're getting dental care, (which by the way is EXCELLENT) by all the smiles, jokes and conversation. Dr. Waldron is aces!

I used to go to Aspen Dental and it became rather expensive because they would get dentists from out of network locations without telling me anything about it. Aspen Dental was very pricey and expensive. I eventually found Waldron Family Smile Center years later. The staff is very friendly and professional. They found one of my previous Aspen Dental crowns still have a cavity underneath and it wasn't even that old. With that being said, I had one crown done with Waldon, and another pending. I currently have a temporary crowd where Aspen Dentals crown used to be, and the crazy thing is that Waldron's temporary crowd is more comfortable than Aspen's permanent crowd. They all do a great job at this at this location. Also, I use Delta Dental for insurance and the prices are much better at Waldron Family Smile in comparison to Aspen. I don't have to finance anything here. Either way, this is the best Dentist in Middletown.

From my first visit to current visit, dr waldron and his whole staff have been so professional and friendly in regard to my dental health and also just personally, they always greet me with a smile and make sure my needs are met! Fast efficient service checking in, reasonable wait times, and when the dr. And his staff take me in the room I am always told what's going on and every question answered. I will be continuing to come here I am thankful for them!

They did a phenomenal job! I needed a tooth extraction. I came in at 12:15 and the tooth was out by 12:40. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming and the dental assistants were very knowledgeable and supportive! I would definitely recommend this place!

Took me in asap for an emergency appointment as a new patient. Hygienist was amazing and talked me through everything. Dentist had amazing bed side manner.

Went there for a cleaning and checkup since it was my parents choice of dentist and was astounded by the service. The beautiful ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and the hygienist and dentist were very professional and attentive. Going to the dentist is not something i dread if I'm coming here!
