Unfortunately, I am going to have to change my review to two stars and here is why. I was charged about $1000 dollars up front to get a crown put in and they said if my insurance pays I will get a refund. I did NOT need a build up on the tooth or it would have been another $200 or so. I paid the money up front and they proceed to charge my insurance $1300+ for the crown and my insurance paid about $650. I have not seen a refund to my HSA which I have repeatedly asked for. I was told I would get a refund of $400 something but it should be the entire amount my insurance paid which is the $650 or so. I should not get quoted for the crown one price and then they charge my insurance a higher rate and then I don't get the full refund of what my insurance paid. I feel like whatever is going on is shady practice and I want the money refunded to my HSA. I held up my end of the bargain which was self paying the entire amount up front to reduce their risk, but as soon as the payment comes in, I'm ghosted. not cool.

Went in for a "popped crown". Dr Jarvis and Beyonce were polite, professional and relatively quick. They did a complete tooth check, cleaned the old crown (it was 22 yrs old), did a fitment check and the re-cemented the crown. They doubled checked my insurance coverage for my old crown, had to pay some due to the age of the crown, but the service and results were well worth it for the 35 minutes it took.

I've been coming here for a few years and quite enjoyed the treatment options. Unfortunately lost about a quarter of my tooth on a Saturday, called and left a message. I got a call back on Tuesday from the office asking me if I wanted to consider Invisalign. I have nothing against the friendly and welcoming staff, they're great. However the company policy and direction has turned me away

The entire staff went above and beyond! It was my child's first fillings and they made the experience less scary and so comfortable. They take professionalism to another level. We love coming here!

I would highly encourage patients to trust their gut here and seek a 2nd opinion if you feel they are just racking up ($$$) procedures on you. After the work I had done here, which took over 4 hours because she kept leaving the room to treat other people, she still told me to schedule another appointment to come back for multiple potential cavities on the other side - I did not. I have been to 2 other established dentists in the valley since this and both have said they don't have concerns about the untreated side. In fairness, this was in 2019 and their business practices may have changed since. Unfortunately, I'm still frustrated to this day that I let this happen and I'm reminded of this poor experience every time I feel my new misshapen crown.

I live like 1 minute away so I wanted to try this Dentist. I was very pleased with them getting me in and being able to start on the crown I needed on my first visit. The temporary they put in was amazing and 2 weeks later I got my permanent crown put in and it looked and fit truly perfect. I am happy with the service so far; and my wife and I will be making this our permanent dental office. The only criticism, I have is that the paperwork system was very bad. I filled it out online and the PDF system they have is clunky and poorly functions. Then they texted me for my insurance information before the appt. which they said they will get online since I told them I filled it out online. Then on the day of the appointment I still had to fill out information including my insurance information again. I only mention this as an opportunity for you all to make your system better, and to bring your great customer service to the next level. (I do IT work, if you need help, let me know lol) The newer employee (can't remember her name) who did my x-rays was super attentive, nice and hospitable and she even played my favorite music(LoFi rap beats) during my visit which put my in my zone. They gave me a cool electric toothbrush as well.

The staff and the doctors make you want to get all your teeth done. They were so gentle and explained everything the way I can understand it. Thanks Meko for making this visit the best.

The Doctors and staff are amazing! Very gentle, caring and they listen so they can get a full understanding of what you are wanting/needing to have done. They really seem to care about your comfort. My only complaint is that I had been told by one of the girls at the front desk that they would bill my insurance for the services today and that the insurance usually does not cover it but that they would bill me if insurance will not pay. When they called me last week to confirm my appointment, I asked again and double checked to be sure that i did not need to bring $285 with me as they would bill the insurance first. However, today I was advised that the insurance does not cover the service and that I needed to pay it up front.

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled ASAP. Melissa and Meiko were absolutely amazing. As a person who is not fond of going to the dentist and deathly afraid of needles, these ladies were super gentle and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend going to them. They created a safe space for me and my outlook on going to the dentist has definitely changed for the better

Love this office. The friendliest staff in the whole wide world. I've been coming to them for about 6 years now and even though I live in the east valley, I don't mind one bit coming to them still. They always take care of me and make every experience the best experience. I wouldn't trade them for any other dentist office in the world.
