Dr. Dalia Jamma has been in the dental practice since 2001, she was granted her second Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California at the Los Angeles School of Dentistry (UCLA). She was awarded the Qoun Family Scholarship and was recognized at UCLA for her Academic Excellence, Outstanding Leadership, and Professional Services. Dr. Jamma was chosen amongst the top three students of her class to advance her skill set by participating in advanced implant surgical courses. As well as advancing her restorative techniques that include veneers, crowns & bridges.
Dr. Jamma is a highly experienced general dentist in El Cajon who believes in treating her patients with the highest quality of care that is guided exclusively by each patients individual needs. She loves to treat her patients as they are members of her own family.
Our Hygienist Debbie, graduated from Southwestern Dental Hygiene school in 2017, receiving the Hu Friedy Golden Scholar Award for her excellence in patient care and clinical skills. Debbies friendly personality and positive attitude reflect her passion for Dental hygiene. She takes great pride in patient care, making education a top priority.Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Debbie moved to San Diego in 1996 where she met her husband who served in the US Navy. She and her husband have four boys, two cats, and a turtle. When Debbie is not in the office, she enjoys cooking, reading microbiology articles, and runs half marathons around the world.
Maya has been in Dental healthcare for over six years. Maya obtained her RDA license in 2014. Working as an assistant gave Maya the knowledge and expertise to understand how to guide a patient through their treatment. Maya started treatment coordinating over a year ago and she loves to see when her patients smile with excitement from the excellent care and understanding when she presents their treatment plans. When Maya isnt in the office she enjoys working out, drawing, and spending time with her family and her son.

We understand that for millions of adults, visiting the dentist can be an overwhelming or frightening experience due to dental anxiety. This common condition typically starts with a negative experience or becoming fearful of the general idea of dentistry. While common, you do not have to be concerned about visiting our La Mesa dentists office because we can ensure your comfort the entire time.
Dentistry uses medicine to relax patients during dental procedures, and at Singing Hill Dentistry in El Cajon, Dr. Dailia Jamma and her team are committed to providing a high level of care, comfort, and safety to patients with high anxiety disorders. Our dentists are experts in sedation and do their best to ensure that patients are comfortable, safe, and relaxed during treatment.
For minimal sedation, you are awake but relaxed. This is the only form of sedation that allows you to go home after the procedure and which is inhaled in conjunction with oxygen through a mask over the nose. The gas helps you relax, but it tends to run off quickly so the dentist can control the amount of sedation you receive.
Depending on the overall dose, oral sedation can be minimal or moderate, but the pill is typically Halcion. It is part of the same family of drugs as Valium and is usually taken about an hour before the procedure.
With moderate oral sedation, people become groggy and fall asleep during the procedure. Medications make you drowsy, even when you are still awake, so higher doses can be administered to produce moderate sedation. You can usually wake up after a gentle shake.
You are given medication that will render you almost unconscious or completely unconscious during the procedure using deep sedation and general anesthesia. While you are under general anesthesia, you cannot easily be awakened until the effects of the anesthesia wear off or are reversed with medication.

Singing Hills Dentistry are up to code with COVID-19 protocols and still taking well care of their patients. The staff is always so friendly and warm. I had my routine cleaning with Debbie 2, so nice and down to earth. Dr. Jamma is so informative and honest. Gives you the pros and cons of your situation. And of course my girls in the front Maya, Diana, Angela, and Tiffany that welcomes everyone with their bright beautiful smiles!!! Love my Singing Hills Family!!

Great experience! Extremely friendly and comforting staff who were very personalized with me the patient, remembering everything about me from my name to my past appointments. I have always been a little nervous when going to the dentist but this fear seemed to dissolve as soon as I started coming to Singing Hills! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
