Horrible. After triple booking himself with 3 appointments, he had the nerve to say to all 3 customers "when I worked at the south Bronx people would just not complain and wait the 2-3 hours they need to." All of us were not complaining just seeing what the issue was and how to resolve it. If you want to wait the 2-3 hours in this unprofessional and unorganized dentist office go ahead and book your appointment.

Debbie the receptionist is super sweet and friendly! Always follows up with my requests in a timely manner and is very helpful. Dr.Santostefano is very nice and patient. The office has really interesting decor and is kept fairly clean.

Beware of SCAM. I had an appointment for my daughter(referral from the PCP) on 07/10/2021 which was confirmed via text message including confirmation of acceptance of insurance. Upon arrival, the receptionist took in the insurance information and updated in the computer. After check in, my daughter was seated on the dentist chair, ready to have the procedure done. The Dentist comes in and is about to start but SUDDENLY he informs me that " I DON'T TAKE YOUR INSURANCE, YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH". I was taken aback at what he said as: 1. He was listed on my insurance. 2: I had a text message confirming acceptance of the insurance. 3: The receptionist took the insurance information and we were checked-in. I removed my daughter immediately from the dental chair and I told the dentist as it is " A SCAM". Edit: **Proof of pic confirming the verification and confirmation of insurance. Also there is a call to 311 made by me which unfortunately cannot be uploaded.**

Dr. Anthony Santostefano is by far the best dentist I've ever had. This may sound like a reach but I've had about ~6 different dentists in my lifetime and he's the first one I feel comfortable going to see. He's extremely professional and answers any questions or concerns you may have. I'm definitely a patient that has anxiety when it comes to dentists and dental work and I feel at ease at this office because I know Dr. Santostefano will do good work. He ensures that you're doing okay throughout the appointment and is overall a great dentist to have in the neighborhood.

Soooo happy I found a very good dentist. Location is walking distance from me, right across from Wyckoff Hospital. And the office is clean, relaxing and very polite front desk receptionist. Dr. Santostefano took such great care of me. I needed a deep cleaning after not seeing a dentist for a loooong time- years! He was super thorough and took his time with my cleaning. No rushing. I had some issues that were really hindering my daily life. After my cleaning, those problems are gone. It's very hard to find a nice, honest dentist nowadays. I will definitely continue to go there.

I went for a cleaning and he and his assistant have been very kind and gentle and accurate. I absolutely suggest him to everyone! He also does invisalign treatments for a very cheap price! Too far ahead!!!

Good Morning, I wanted to express my appreciation for my Dentist Anthony Santostefano DDS. I wanted to commend him & his staff for a rather quick process in the waiting room, clean room and prompt service. Not only did I find his response to my questions and concerns accurate but his nurse also went out of her way to elaborate on what her part would be in the process as well. He gave excellent care and genuine concern. He also made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.You can also tell that he is a good man and cares. So I would recommend him as well for all your dental needs. We all know how a beautiful smile goes a long way! I had a great experience! I really appreciate Anthony Santostefano DDS for his dedicated service! Thank you!

Dentist is very friendly and professional. His dental assistant, Maria is very sweet and attentive. Dr Santostefano himself did the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable. Great experience, I highly recommend!
