Kathryn A. Sneed, DMD, MBA, a third generation dentist, has essentially grown up in the dental office. She attended Palm Beach Atlantic University for her undergraduate studies, and obtained a DMD degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2008. Immediately following, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her MBA degree with a specialty in health care management from Indiana Wesleyan University. In 2016, Dr. Kathryn Sneed became oneof only 51 Midwest Implant Institute Fellows, and the second woman ever to receive this prestigious award.
Dr. Kathryn Sneed has completed advanced training in Esthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry, Total Mouth Reconstruction, Dental Implants & Bone Grafts, IV and Oral Sedation for adults and pediatrics, Utilization of Botox and Dermal Fillers, and comprehensive and early treatment Orthodontics and Invisalign for the General Practitioner. She has recently obtained Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is currently pursuing her accreditation for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as TMJ and sleep medicine. Katie is a member of DOCs and has completed a certification in pediatric oral sedation. She is also a member of the Academy of General Practice Orthodontics and can now do full braces. She is passionate about continuing education, and is committed to staying at the forefront of advanced dental procedures.
In her spare time, Dr. Kathryn Sneed enjoys exercising, teaching fitness classes at the local gym, being outside, cooking, engaging in church activities and spending time with her familyand friends. Dr. Sneed lives in Collierville with her husband, two sons, and daughter.
Dr. Elizabeth Zebian is a native of Fort Worth, TX. She received her Bachelors degree in biology from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington Dental School in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining Sneed Dental Arts, Dr. Zebian practiced in Rhode Island, California, and Texas. Inspired by her father, a dentist who practiced for over 30 years, Dr. Zebian decided to pursue a career in dentistry to serve the underprivileged members of the community, and to put a smile on all her patients faces.

Money Hungry Establishment , actual dr is barely ever in because she's more focused on the medi-spa aspect of her career , billing is never reachable & I was charged for services that weren't rendered by this business and trying to call and talk to front desk is of no help plus they're rude

My experience w/ Sneed wasn't pleasant. I tolerated her for a while, but her attitude is terrible. I went in for a root canal, she kept trying to drill while I told her that I could still feel the pain. I know that you all think that black people have a high tolerance for pain, but honey you were wrong. I had to go THREE times for the same root canal. After the first time, she gave me antibiotics and told me to come back. Took the antibiotics, went back, & she didn't numb me correctly, AGAIN. She walked out the room, while throwing her hands up saying, "I can't deal with this." It wasn't my fault that she didn't know what she was doing. One of her aides were trying to warn me about this lady. It wasn't until the 3rd time, when she pushed me off on Dr. BROWN, thank God Dr. Brown knew what she was doing. She numbed me in all the right places & got the job done. That one is for her. Dr. Sneed is not the way to go.

The welcome, kindness, expertise, cleanliness made this semi-annual visit to the dentist a good experience. Thank you to Cindy and the staff, wishing you Merry Christmas all sort of good things for the New Year. -- Less than a year later, I have to change my review to a two-star, as I experienced several issues with my treatments, and lost confidence in the doctor and some of the staff; I feel I have received treatments that were not needed and expenses that were not fully explained. Have changed dentist since.

I had such a great experience. Dr. Sneed listen to all my concerns and was very informative. The hygienist was very gentle and the office was clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Sneed to everyone!

I know that the prices of everything are going up but it's not right for clients to pay the amount owed and constantly be told that you owe from the last visits when you confirmed that there wasn't anything else owed immediately after payments. They even had the audacity to send me text messages and emails constantly about this manner. Unfortunately I've just noticed that based on the other 1 stars ratings that this is how they usually conduct business. I'm very disappointed that I have to find another dentist to continue my dental treatments.

We've been going to Dr Sneed for 3 years and would recommend her to anyone. All the staff are helpful and kind. The office is nice and in a good location. The hygienist is thorough and they are great with kids(6y and 3y)

Rating soley on business practices. I had so many billing issues. I'd pay with a credit card to be sent a bill. When you could finally get a hold of anyone in billing - they found it on my account "unapplied". Sometimes it got fixed, sometimes it didn't - because they couldn't keep billing employees. I did a full accounting, excel spreadsheet, identified missing insurance claims where I paid my portion, and left it with Trish who said it would get to Connie to reconcile. It's now 5 months later and I just received a call and bill from COLLECTIONS. I did a full account AGAIN and they failed to filed a claim from July 2020 - I have made 13 visits since with full payments and NOBODY let me know of this????? Absolutely ridiculous. They've had years to get their office sorted out and they've failed. I wonder how many people have been taken for more money than they owed this practice. Its inexcusable. (Note - I was a patient here for 5+ years. The cleanings, checks, any work/fillings went fine - only issue I did have 3 in the last year fall out within a WEEK of placement. So if you can keep track of 5+ years of payments feel free to go...)
