Originally from LaSalle, CO, Myron graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and spent countless wonderful years working as a Navy pilot. He has also worked for American Airlines. Myron recently traded a career of flying to exotic destinations, for the opportunity to work behind a desk. His favorite thing about his new job is the great team!
Karen is our schedule coordinator. She loves working with and getting to know patients and developing relationships with each one. She believes each person is part of our dental family, not just a patient.
Denise is unique because she is committed to forming long term relationships with patients to educate them on all of their oral hygiene needs. Her ultimate goal is to help you keep your teeth for the rest of your life.
Darla is a super fun and friendly dental assistant. She has 13+ years of dental experience. Originally from Irving, she received her education from North Lake College and Collin County Community College. She also has training in digital X-rays, ZOOM, and CEREC. She loves helping people feel good about themselves through her work!
Dr. Martinson has been serving patients and improving smiles through her work for the past 25 years. She attended both Southern University in Tennessee and the University of Texas at Arlington before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. She is a graduate of The Dawson Academy in Florida and the Schuster Center in Arizona, and has completed several cosmetic, implant and restorative continuing education courses.Dr. Martinson has also earned certification in the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.This allows her to provide Botox and dermal fillers to her dental patients.
Dr. Martinson is married to Captain Myron Martinson (formerly a pilot with American Airlines). Together they have several 4-legged kiddos. When she is not busy at work, she enjoys bicycling, gardening, cooking, entertaining and traveling with family.

There are so many exceptional points I can speak to with this amazing group of individuals but I truly believe the best way to sum it up is Family. The women that I have worked with each time that I have entered or called this facility have genuinely made me feel like family. There are so many commercialized and highly marketed "dentists" in DFW and Arlington but these ladies definitely hit the nail on the head and exceeded expectations of a traditional dentist visit. In south Louisiana we like to call this "Lagniappe"...they put in the special little something extra with each visit. Thank you!

Dr. Heather Martinson and her team provide excellent dental care. These professionals carefully explain all procedures, the care provided is always well executed and without pain and or discomfort. The Dr. and her team follow up and make sure they're available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Martinson and her team!

Dr Martinsen and her staff are by far the best dentist office in north Texas!! She really cares for her patients and she is always up to date on the latest technologies!! Crown in a few hours. Start to finish! Just an amazing place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Martinson for a very long time.......and I am one of those patients that have bad anxieties about dentists, procedures and needles in my mouth; this office ALWAYS has made me feel absolutely comfortable and cares about my anxiety and well being. Every person in her office team are the most kind, caring and fun individuals ever. I always leave that office with a smile. I recently had one of my ceramic crowns break off at the neck of the tooth underneath, I mean I had a huge gap where my tooth was, I talked funny and looked funny. I called the office and spoke with Jennifer and explained what happened and they got me in the office as soon as possible. They temporarily bonded my broken tooth to the ones on either side of the crown and I am coming back this week to get a bridge to fix it. I am ever so grateful for Dr. Martinson's expertise and knowledge with regards to my teeth, giving me as many options available in taking care of them, and answering any questions or concerns that I may have. I highly recommend and will always give this office high praise in their care.....and I am and always will be grateful thank you all. Chaney K

I offer my highest praise of Heather E. Martinson, DDS, and their Staff. I've just moved to the Arlington, Texas, area, and become a Patient of Dr. Martinson's and Dr. Barry's. The entire Staff is professional, personable, and helpful. Dr. Barry and Dr. Martinson helped me to make informed decisions about my dental health.
