I first came in to DentFirst Norcross needing an emergency crown. I was very nervous and anxious (Since I have had several bad experiences with dental procedures in the past). Dr. Shun Hsu and Dr. Wendy Musicer Sandvi are both awesome and put me right at ease. My crown fit perfect and my tooth feels great. I've since had a full deep cleaning with Hygienists Salima Allarakha. She is hands down amazing! So patient, caring and gentle. My smile has never looked so good.

5 stars for making me feel actually welcomed in their office. And providing me with information that the other dentists did not. Today will make my second visit.

Very professional! The entire staff was wonderful. Dr Shu was verry knowledgeable and thorough! Norcross location I would give 10 stars if I could!

i went here for my first ever surgery which was just a simple wisdom tooth extraction. i let them know it was my first surgery and that i had a phobia of medical procedures and they did amazingly. they all made sure i was comfortable and even made a few jokes with me while we were waiting for the surgeon. i'm super happy with the whole experience! they've even called to check on me which is know is standard but still made me feel very well taken care of. thanks dentfirst!

Yes there was an ease with getting an appointment, but they want you to come in for X-rays and then come back 1-2 months later for a cleaning. This is definitely something that should be told to patients upon making the appointment. I work with insurances and that is not ideal. They will also give an excuse that a hygienist is not available. I was able to find another local dentist office (Mint Dentistry) who offered same Day appointments and was able to handle everything in one appointment which was covered by my insurance when Dentifirst was actually going to charge me to come back for the cleaning. No bueno.

Wonderful dentist and staff who care about patient care and treatment. Flexible appointment availability. Great communication and explains conditions and treatments well to patients.

This is one of the worse dentist office ever! Poor communication, frequent cancellations, very racist office. Please don't ever try to go there if you don't want to get a poor service

The cleaning was great, Carlos always makes my feel comfortable when taking the X-rays. But the front desk they are not really friendly that's the reason for the 3 stars. For Carlos would be 5 stars

I can't express how wonderful my experience was. Johnathan the hygienist was so pleasant. He made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this location from now on. Everyone was so professional and very attentive to my issue. Thank you so much everyone.

I went because I was led to the fact I'd get a cleaning... they did full x ray exam and wouldn't get seen for a clean until sept.Sept.. not satisfied with the lack of communication afterwards too.

Everything was amazing . Everybody treats you so nicely . They know how to get the job done and i was so scared to go in since i hadn't been to the dentist in forever . Highly recommended !!!!!!!

Salima is the best! I have been getting my cleaning with her for the past two years or so and she's always very honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The team here is great. I had to go for an emergency walk-in after realizing I had a tooth abscess and they were incredibly efficient and professional in their care but also kept me at ease (I don't like going to the dentist, but who does), so I'm definitely going to be going back for future dental work. I definitely recommend them to anyone who may be facing a dental emergency and are nervous to ask for a walk-in, this place is great.

I have a positive experience everytime I come here. Salima was my hygienist today. She is such a ray of sunshine and SO knowledgeable. She made sure I knew the "why" behind caring for my teeth and answered every question. She was also punctual and thorough, which I sincerely appreciate.

Dentfirst in Norcross was an amazing experience for my Husband and I. We were new patients and they fit us in immediately right after Christmas. There was little to no wait. The office was extremely clean and modern. Our dental assistant Jonathan was very kind and comforting during our X-rays and procedure. Dr. Wendy was extremely encouraging and knowledgeable on what we needed to get done. We are grateful for their kindness
