I usually love DentFirst and have been happy with my results in the past but the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth chose to polish...then scale. This order is opposite to what any other hygienist or dentist I know (and we clean teeth at our office, too!) has learned to do. My teeth now have micro abrasions and may be more prone to building up tartar. I am not happy with this visit at all but willing to return with my previous hygienist.

My family and I have been going to DentFirst for years. The front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists; are always professional, kind, and caring.

Called for an appointment. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Then i was told that the doctor was out for the week. Maybe next week also. At the same time I'm in pain! Was told to call back. Maybe their is a cancelation. Im guessing they don't have services for emergency patients. Not caring about me. Not sure about other patients.

Tisha was amazing! I appreciate her being honest and thorough. She explained things as she went and answered any questions we had. Good service is becoming rare these days so we definitely appreciate you! ************************* Update: On June 7th I made appointments for both my son and I for xrays/cleanings to be seen today 8/15. Someone canceled which made an opening so I chose to move my sons and he was was able to be seen a couple of weeks ago. So , keep that in mind- I spoke with agents TWICE when my sons appointment was moved and mentioned mine as well since we were both initially being seen on the same day for cleanings. I get here today and I'm asked about my toothache when I go back. I don't have a toothache, never had a toothache, and never made an appointment for a toothache. I have waited over 2 months for this appointment..if I would have had a toothache why would I wait two months to be seen about it? Why would I let my son take the earlier appointment that became available a few weeks ago if I had a toothache and he was getting a cleaning? Makes no sense, right? So , I have waited two months, taken time off of work that I can not get back and time to get here only for them to not be able to do the cleaning today due to THEIR error- that must have been changed somehow by someone within the last few weeks because I have spoken with someone on 3 different occasions in reference to a cleaning but now all of a sudden its changed? We even discussed MY appointment with a receptionist when I was here with my son a few weeks ago..now all of a sudden today you have me listed for a toothache and not the cleaning I requested? Of course I know my time and work schedule is of no importance to you but come on - instead of rectifying the situation I was asked to reschedule which means taking more time off of work..umm..NO! This seems to be a common thing with companies now- no one cares about the clients anymore or what they may be going through- not even sure if the assistant today repeated what actually happened correctly when she went back to "verify " the mistake because I knew she wasn't completely listening to me by her responses. This doesn't take away from the fact that Tisha was great during my sons/first experience she still deserves her 5 stars

I would to try to place out but the date is too far out. It's July 5th and the receptionist said it's booked out til December.

If you want to be over charged and your dental insurance to be maxed out on excessive x-rays and unnecessary procedures such as blood pressure assessment, come here. My daughter went from having no cavities at her previous dentist to suddenly having 8, leading to an extra uncovered visit that could have been done in the 2 they initially promised. Then 3 fillings broke before her next 6 month cleaning. They didn't even last 6 months!! I left messages and emails for the manager who never returned my call nor responded to either of emails. We switched dentist and will never be coming back.

Laurie at the front desk is simply a life saver. She goes above and beyond to help the patients. Her compassion and customer service is unmatched. I called and spoke to another woman first and she was not helpful at all. I was about to call corporate but decided to call one more time and Laurie answered and gave me the information and help I needed. She is truly a gem.

I have been coming to Dentfirst for almost three years now and I always have a pleasant experience. The hygienists are so nice and friendly and the dentist are welcoming. The dentist I have dealt with have always taken the time to listen and explain any procedures. Going to the dentist for me, is like going to a mouth spa. Thank you for making it a pleasant visit.

Savannah who I am assuming is the receptionist was rude when I called. I proceeded to try and finish the call and before I could say anything else, she hung up the phone. As a receptionist, you're the first point of contact therefore you should have a better attitude when dealing with patients.

I've been coming to this Dentist office since 2012 or earlier can't remember. I would totally recommend this place over any other. Now, I have been to many Dentist Offices over the years but DentFirst is the 1st and only place you should go. They treat you like family, and everything is always explained very well when it comes to your treatment and any treatment plan for Dental work. Allison my RDH is the BEST! I can Guarantee if you try them, you will LOVE THEM!!!!

Two stars for getting me in same day. However, I was in a lot of pain. My appointment time was 10:15 and wasn't taken back until 10:50. The dentist comes in looks at the rad and in my mouth for a hot second and tells me the crowned tooth needs a root canal. She asked me if they put the crown on I told her no it was my primary dentist. She then proceeds to say "well why didn't you go to them". Obviously if I could have gotten in I would have gone. I don't know if it's cause I was new patient or what but I don't think she took the time to thoroughly assess my tooth. Thanks for the meds. In the future I will just wait on my primary as suggested.

Love Dr. Sandvi. I've had a dental phobia since a child and when I found Dr. Sandvi I was put at ease. He is so nice and has a great personality. He makes you forget about the work heing done. Also Rachel is my hygienist. She too, is so kind. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling. Love my DentFirst McDonough.

New to the area and made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. The front desk staff and my hygienist, "Clematisha" were the best! She was very friendly, personable, professional. Not only did she clean my teeth to a pearly white shine, she also explained what i was doing right while cleaning at home. Unlike other offices i've visited in the area, she did not try to sell me a $400.00 teeth cleaning. I would recommend DentFirst in McDonough to anyone and will be returning in 6 months.

This is the first time I do not dread going to the dentist! Rachel H. is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever encountered in all my 49 years of life! The office staff is super helpful, kind, and informative with copay and financial expectations. My family and I truly love this team of practitioners.

I go up there a day early for my 17 year old son that has moved out and lives almost two hours away. I give them our insurance card and fill out paperwork for him. I tell them that I'm doing it because I can not be there the next day. The next day my son goes in and they tell him they can't see him because he's not 18. First of all, I'm only going here because my father in law goes here and wants to pay to get his tooth fixed (it's been fixed multiple times, not due to it being done incorrectly, he doesn't follow their follow up rules). They should have told me the day I was there that he couldn't come by himself. Our primary dentist lets him go to cleanings by himself, we will just go to our primary dentist to get it fixed. I don't mind going with him but it would have been nice for someone to tell me that.
