The staff is so nice and made sure that I got seen on time for my appointment. I had a cleaning with Ansley and she was wonderful! She was super friendly and helpful! Great experience

If i could give this location zero stars i would. Terrible terrible communication in the office amongst the staff and doctors. No one knows what they're doing which will have you taking visits to the office for nothing. I set an appointment for a cleaning 10/13. I arrived and was told protocol is to be examined first for what type of cleaning is required and the next appointment will be your actual cleaning. My next appt was set for 10/19 for my "cleaning" i arrive and was told i would have to be rescheduled due to being told false information on what kind of service was needed. ALTHOUGH i was seen and examined the prior week. No one notified me throughout the week waiting period or prior to my arrival and i was still told that i couldn't be seen for the day. I wasted gas and my time. Save yourself from visiting this location as they are very unprofessional.

My adult son's tooth was infected, he had no dental insurance through his job, and our household funds had just been nearly depleted by a move into a new residence. But I had just come home from my road job and realized he needed help! We went to Good Samaritan, a charity that charges discount prices, but we were turned away for lack of having an appointment. I remembered DentFirst from my experiences with it when my son was a minor. I was prepared to offer my bank's debit-card info and beg them to charge me three days later, when I got paid. We walked into this DentFirst location (Barrett Parkway, in Kennesaw) and were immediately greeted, with warmth and professional kindness, by the young lady at the front desk. She listened to us, expressed apology that there was no doctor on duty that day, and then, without hesitation, called another location (in Buford) and, after learning that there was a doctor on duty at that location, said into the phone's receiver, in a playfully chummy manner, "Can you do me a favor?" She put in a plea for my ailing son and secured an appointment for us without making us feel like we were financially broke annoyances. We wanted to hug her! And when we arrived at the Buford location of DentFirst, again we were greeted by a young woman with EXCELLENT customer-service manners. We noticed she did NOT ask for our insurance proof but cared for our NEED more than our money. (The lady at the first location had flagged my son's record as someone who had little money that day.) The medical staff promptly and respectfully received my son, examined him, described his condition and needed corrections, and provided us with prescriptions for a pain killer and (the thing we most wanted) an antibiotic. On top of that, they charged him a price he was able to pay out of pocket that day! We were grateful and relieved by the bill. We left out of there feeling respected, cared for, and valuable. THAT, I have always told my son, is how good customer service makes you feel, and it is why you should never settle for anything less.

My family started using this practice after the care my MIL was a pt. Everytime I come here it has been a pleasure. Highly recommend. The staff is incredible and Dr.P is very good

Dr Pomazon is the only dentist a trust. He fixed a lot of botched work from my previous dentist and I haven't had any issues with any of the fillings and we are going on 10+ years now.

I just had my teeth cleaned here at the Kennesaw Dent 1st location and I had a fantastic experience. The hygienist was so sweet and cautious of any pains I may have been experiencing during my cleaning. The Dr. (Forgot her name) but I will catch it when I bring my 3 boys to get their cleaning done in two weeks. She was awesome as well. Everyone was very friendly and I was well greeted.

AWESOME SERVICE and AMAZING STAFF!!! No one ever likes going to the dentist but when you feel welcomed and treated like family then it makes the experience a lot less miserable!! I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends!!!

I found this gem because it was close to work but I am sooo happy I did. I have been coming here for years and the dental hygienist I have seen, have been great! My dentist is always so helpful and gives me a pep talk when I need to do better! Update 9/9/22: I continue to go here and I have a new amazing dental hygienist. During my last visit I purchased the teeth whitening kit and it was great. So easy and not time consuming at all!
