Very professional doctors and assistant even front desk is super helpful to navigate my tooth problems, I just want to mention that Catherine super helpful to discussing the appointments and pricing. Makes me feel better to go the next treatment.

We have issues with this clinic :- 1)Dr Triggs told my husband he have gum problem and insisted to see orthodontist and refused to see him again . He went to another dentist in Johnscreek and did all the X-rays and check the gum and found out no gum problem. 2) My self have the same experience,DR insisted me to go to orthodontist for gum problem and refused to see me again . I went another dr and all the X-rays and check the gum they found out I have no gum problem. My question is why they sending everyone for gum problem with out any issues. We have the rights to refuse. Be aware they forced you to go to orthodontist even if we refused.

I am not ever excited to go to the Dentist / Hygienist, but it was nice today, Julie made me feel at ease and she did great work that was comfortable. Thank you very much Julie. I will be back and yes, I will rinse w salt water.

I'm definitely coming back. I was seen to re cement a crown that came off. My current dentist made no effort to see me on weekend after having placed 2 crowns for me, but this office responded to me right away. I didn't mind paying a fee for holiday emergency time just so long as I was seen and taken care of. I am so thankful for the care. I will be back. Dr. Masec is a Great Dentist and A Great Person!

Yesterday there was a problem with the dental equipment so my 10 was changed to 3. I was already in the chair so I had to leave and return later. Was a bit of inconvenience but Marisol and the "crew " made up for it with their professionalism and kind nature. Sometimes things go not as expected in life and this was minor in comparison to much worse that can happen. I appreciate them working me in on same day.

This dental care facility has been very great to us since we have move to Atlanta, literally our entire family has been going to them. Their front office manager, Marcea and her team named Catherine, Vesiah and Sarah has been phenomenal. My daughter hygienist Mona and the one who did my cleaning she is a sweetheart. But today, it made me doubt if I still have to come back based on the demeanor of this lady named Jennifer who claimed she is a manager. Apparently, my 5-year-old is scheduled to do her cleaning today. I picked her up early at school knowing that everything is all set with the Dentist, few days ago, one of their staff called me confirming if we can make it for today schedule, and today, on my way to bring my daughter just about 5 minutes before her scheduled I called as this is their SOP to do a wellness check questions and they said my daughter is good to go. We came in and they told us that our insurance is no longer active. Catherine and Vesiah are in the progress of verifying the insurance with my husband on the phone and one of them asked this lady who was currently attended another patient, but this lady turned around and told them that "Oh well she has to pay the full amount". While they're in the middle of verifying the insurance I asked if I could use their lady's room then when I open the door there comes the hygienist grabbing my daughter to start the cleaning. This lady Jennifer came and told me that still our insurance is not working and demanded me to pay the service upfront right away. I told her that I should not let any service done to my daughter if I've known that I'll pay as I know the fact that we have insurance a good insurance. The hygienist said that she didn't do anything major yet aside from putting a toothpaste to my daughter. I called my husband again right away, and he is in the big meeting, and he told me to tell her if she can give him time to finish his meeting and she replied to me "To have him do it right away there and then meaning stop the meeting and fixed your insurance!!!" what a great customer service this Manager Jennifer have!!! If you are good running this office, how could you let us come in there and expect that everything is all set then when we arrive this Shenanigan is still not resolve!!! I could still have my daughter stay in school while have my husband figuring out what is going on with his insurance. If Marcea is there, things could easily be different a lot smoother and more professional.!!!!

First time visiting the John Creeks office. Great service! While waiting on being called, I observed the office Manager Marcella interact with her staff and clients as they were arriving for their appointments. She is very professional, respectful and exhibited a sense of urgency that you don't see all that often. Great experience. I will be coming back.

Wonderful experience! From the moment I first spoke to Marcella! (Who provided Okayish customer service. JK, she was great, lol.) To dealing with Rednika and Dr. Masek, all the way to my wonderful interaction with Ms. Jennifer at the end, this team went above and beyond to assess my issues, offer immediate solutions, and form a treatment plan to deal with the entire problem over a manageable timeframe! Would recommend them to anyone, and will always drive from Gainesville to this location!

Great customer service, sense of urgency and accommodation - #AMAZING My son's back tooth broke in half in the evening and it was very uncomfortable and painful for him. Within 2 hours remaining until office closure, I called multiple locations to see if they could fit my son in for an emergency appt as the bleeding would not stop. After calling 4 locations with no luck/availability, the Johns Creek location was so accommodating and passionate to help us! Special thank you to Dr. Triggs, Jennifer, Brittney, and Darwin for genuinely helping us and making sure my son was taken care of. Also, to Marcella for following up next day to make sure everything went well.

I've been going here for several years now. The front office is always prompt, professional and happy to help. On my visit this past week, the dental hygienist was humming a tune after my cleaning and the dentist was smiling when he came in for inspection. It warmed my heart to be in an environment where people seem to enjoy their work.
