A native of Northern California, Dr. Grewal completed his undergraduate studies at University of California San Diego before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. After completing dental school on the coveted United States Army Health Professionals Scholarship, Dr. Grewal entered active duty service in the U.S. Army and served in Germany as a dentist prior to starting his residency program. Dr. Grewal completed the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, a joint Air Force/Army hospital and the only level I trauma center in the Department of Defense. In addition to succeeding in the multiple rigorous medicine, surgical, and anesthesia rotations during his training, he had the opportunity to serve as the Chief Resident at Memorial Hermann Hospital at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, the busiest trauma center and largest medical campus in the United States. His training represented the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, involving cosmetic, head/neck pathology and reconstruction, dentoalveolar, facial trauma, orthognathic, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgeries. Among his numerous professional achievements, Dr. Grewal reaped the greatest reward and satisfaction during his time as faculty and attending surgeon at the storied Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, also known colloquially as the President's Hospital and the flagship hospital of military medicine. During his time on faculty, he helped train 16 resident surgeons who have and will serve in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Born 13 Nov 1960 in Althornbach, West Germany I spent the 1 st 18 years of life living in 7 states and countries and attended seven schools as a military dependent. I graduated 3 rd in my class of 348 from Samuel Clemens High in Schertz, TX, in 1979 Graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry from The University of Mississippi in 1983 Graduated with a D.D.S. from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry in 1987 General dentist as a Captain in the USAF stationed at Eglin AFB from July 1987-July 1991. While on active duty, I attended numerous extended 4-8 week CE programs in oral surgery, prosthetics, endodontics, and general practice, as well as certifications in ATLS and combat casualty care. I deployed for three months in support of Operation Desert Storm. After separation from the military, I opened Niceville Family Dental Center in October 1991. I was the managing partner/director of the practice until March 2019, at which point I sold the practice to Dr. Jordan Harper. I have stayed on at the practice as a part-time dentist working about eight days/month. I will continue to practice at this time actively. I am actively licensed in Florida since 1990 and have had an inactive license in Mississippi since 1987. Personally, Rhonda and I married in June 1982. We have three children and two grandchildren. We have lived in Niceville since July 1987 and have been very active with our church, local chamber, dental society, and numerous charities.

I grew up in Delaware where I grew up playing lacrosse. I eventually ended up in college at Washington University in St. Louis in the Midwest and finally dental school in Pittsburgh. I have also lived out west and so have a good grasp of the entire country. I have been practicing dentistry for 10 years and love general dentistry. Currently working as a dental consultant for all of Premier Dental of Ohio doing exams and treatment planning. We have over twenty offices throughout Ohio.

Dr. Nakamura received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also received additional training in Periodontics and Periodontal-Prosthesis. He has been performing general dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, and dental implants for over 20 years. He has published several articles and has lectured locally, nationally and internationally. At one time he was a full-time faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, but currently teaches part-time at Temple University School of Dentistry.

I grew up in western part of India and attained a Dental degree there before moving to states. After moving to states I attended Stony Brook University college of Dentistry for Master in Science degree with Oral Biology and Pathology major and then moved on to attend New York University School of Dentistry for advance standing DDS.I am an active member of the American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Dental Association. I participate regularly in continuing education courses in all areas.

Im a general dentist with 7 years of experience. I have worked in all facets of dentistry from cosmetic private practice to a community clinic. I enjoy getting my patients a happy/healthy smile and the joy they experience from being pain-free. On my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and dog and going hiking.

Dr. Kianna Simmons has been in Private practice for the past 10 years. After completing her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvanias School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, she completed a year of residency in the Oral Medicine post doctoral program. Choosing a career in private practice, instead of academia, Dr. Simmons acquired her own practice in 2010 where she continues to practice today. She enjoys patient care, and the opportunity to personally connect and treat each patient based on their individual need. She is very personable and enjoys talking with and praying for her patients, and spending time with her staff in and out of the office. In addition to her dental family she has been married for 8 years and has a 5 year old son. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and cooking plant based meals. She also is the Director of her sons Adventurer Club, and Co-Hosts a tv program in her spare time. Her husband, an avid runner, has inspired her to take up running. She considers herself a beginner runner in progress.

A graduate of the University of Detroit-Mercy school of dentistry class of 1998. Two years in the Public Health Service stationed in Alaska, one year as an associate and 20 years as a practice owner. Hobbies are my family and what ever they want to do. We like to explore national parks, fish and surf.

Captain Gerhardt, a native of Saint Louis Missouri, graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1976 and DDS in 1980. His first assignment was to the 21st Dental Company, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii from 1980-1983. After a tour to NAS, Dallas, Texas he served as Department Head on the USS Iwo Jima. In June 1988 he completed his Advanced Clinical Program in Dentistry in Norfolk, Virginia and was assigned as Branch Dire tor, Branch Dental Clinic, NAS Dallas, Texas from 1988-1992. After a short tour in Norfolk, Virginia, he served as Department Head aboard the USS Frank Cable in Guam from 1995-1997.

As a practicing dentist in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Dr. Jared Theurer is well known for his talents as a general and aesthetic dentist. In February 2010, the Crown Council (an international group of leading-edge dentists) awarded him Young Dentist of the Year. Dr. Theurer is a graduate of the University of Utah and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, where he graduated with highest honors and received a doctorate of dental surgery. He is a member of the Crown Council, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association and the Alumni Association of the University of the Pacific. He is also an annual volunteer for the Smiles for Life Foundation and many other worthwhile humanitarian dental projects. Besides dentistry, his lifes passions include fly fishing, fly tying and traveling with his family. A lifelong resident of Sugar House, Dr. Theurer is married to his Highland High School sweetheart, Heather, and has four sons, Benjamin, Henry, Heber and Carter, and one daughter, Libby, who is the newest addition to his wonderful family.

Dr. Joshua Bratt grew up in southern Florida, but moved to Boston, MA to attend the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He graduated in 2011 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degree. In 2016, Dr. Bratt completed his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. This opportunity provided him with a more refined set of skills. Dr. Bratt isnt the first in his family to promote dental health in the area. His grandfather was an orthodontist in Brooklyn and Long Beach. Dr. Bratt is an avid hockey fan, one who loves the Boston Bruins. When hes not watching the ice, Dr. Bratt enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. In those precious moments he has to relax, he often reads about historical events. His awards include a fellowship from AGD and a Periodontics award in residency.

Originally from Andover, Massachusetts, Dr. Christian Patti received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2004. Shortly after, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 2005. He is an experienced dentist who specializes in a variety of general and cosmetic dentistry services. As a practicing professional, he dedicates his time to stay up to date on the latest trends in dentistry and is a big proponent of using the most state-of-the-art, modern technology which allows him to provide individualized, comprehensive care to his patients.
