My experience at DentalWorks in Willoughby was exceptional. Dr Eliezer Gancz was professional and courteous taking the time to explain everything to me and help elevate my fear of dentists. I highly recommend anyone with dental fears to come here for service.

This location is the absolute worst. They cancel appointments constantly, even surgeries that were scheduled months in advance. I will not be going back to this place and would strongly caution you from going there. There is no regard for people's time.

My kids and I thought this was the nicest hygienist since Melissa at sears dental in mentor. She did amazing my chase who gets stressed to go to dentist. Much appreciated how much she made he comfortable

DentalWorks in Willoughby is a top notch place, excellent dentists and hygienists. Daphne is both professional and very nice. Dr. Grande is the same way. My whole family comes here and likes it. Highly recommended.

Daphne (hygienist) is awesome! Her chair-side manner and professionalism are second to none. She is Super kind and caring; and she ultimately makes going to the dentist pleasant!

Never had a really good cleaning until I saw Daphne today. Always recd an OK/minimal cleaning. Was actually looking for a dentist that treated me like I was a patient and more than a check. Felt like I was given the bare minimum, probably based on what my insurance paid.

My dental hygienist was Excellent! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, let me ask questions, but most of all I felt I was talking with a friend and not just another patient.

10. Only complaint is when I was leaving there was a guy with no mask. If someone does not want to follow your rules, in my opinion they should be refused service. Thank you

I normally don't post reviews, but I honestly feel that I need to let people know how wonderful this place is. The people who work here are Angels. Everyone is genuinely friendly and caring, the facility is exceptionally clean. I have never been taken care of so well, outside of friends or family. Thank you to everyone there. You have a customer, and friend, for life.

Dr Grande is awesome!!! His assistant Beth is also the best!!! They provide your dental needs with care and will always fit you in to assist you. I've been going to them for years and recommend them highly.
