The Wake Forest location is a wonderful office. The whole staff are wonderful people. They treat you with respect and courteousy. The Doctor and Hygienist did a wonderful job. Plus they work with you and financial arrangements. I wish I would have went to them sooner. The best Dental experience I've ever had.

Everyone is so kind. They care about there patients. My Dentist is awesome.. She explained everything to me. I have always been afraid of the dentist not anymore. Thanks Dental Works.

I was very nervous about my appointment. When I got there everyone was so nice. I told them I was nervous and the helped me through my appointment with ease I will be coming back each time I a check up.

Awesome experience!!! From office personal awesome very friendly and polite. Kim was great help above and beyond to help her patient.Can say enough about the Dentist great attitude very kind and concern about her patient. Dental Works of wake Forest you Rock. Dr N thanks . The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist Cass was so friendly and upbeat, she had my son loving the dentist by the time we were leaving--after a couple years of apprehensive visits with other providers. My concerns were heard--even my financial ones--and I was given multiple options that worked for us. Moreover, Dr. Nagpal was incredibly kind and patient despite my obvious anxiety and distress at what was expected to be another negative experience for my 9yo son. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to schedule my kids here, I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been a patient with dental works since 2011 when living in Greenville. I transferred to Wake Forest in 2018 and when Christy was the office manager there she was always willing to help and spoke to me with respect. I have been very patient because I have been calling for months trying to get an appointment with no answer and no call back. I contacted the Cary office and she called and got through and transferred me to the Wake Forest office. Today my husband was not seen for his appointment because the new office manager Sunni didn't like the fact that she couldn't give me all that negative energy because I know how to give it back. She was rude condescending and calling me honey. I will admit I let her take me there but I am glad I am changing offices she is because they never keep the same dentist and the front desk staff is constantly changing.

I was on time for my appointment and so were they. My Dental Hygienist was thorough and excellent and friendly as was the Dentist who checked my teeth for issues. I highly recommend this office.

After years of going to the same dentist i had To move due to insurance purposes, and i am So glad i did, my first experience here was a awesome cleaning better than any I've had before ! I wish Knew the lady's name! She has been doing this for 50 years, and the dentist was awesome, the care i received here amazing and my concerns were listened to and not brushed off

Dr. Nagpal, Cassie, and the front desk staff were all great! They made you feel comfortable and took the time to talk to you and didn't make you feel like you were being rushed. I hope they will be at the Wake Forest location a long time!

The staff was awesome. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and patient. I had my dentures aligned today. Office was clean and all COVID safety measures were being taken. A great experience overall. Highly recommend DentalWorks in Wake Forest
