The staff is always incredibly helpful and SO kind and friendly. I have so much anxiety when it comes to dental work but everyone there truly helps calm that anxiety.

The dentist, Smita, and orthodontist are both very nice, but the front office staff is disorganized and inattentive, and Rose can be rude. In addition, it is very difficult to get an appointment.

Okay I called days ago with all my information to get my services for my teeth done. The receptionist told me to come at 8 this morning so I did . I get here and they have nothing not even an appointment for the time she said I had to be here for . My name nor dental information was in the computer.Then was told they couldn't see how much my out of pocket was so I once again was told to come back between 10:30 to 1 . By this point I'm already aggravated, because I wasted gas and time.So I go back home . She called at 11:50 and finally told me the amount of 222. I told her I couldn't pay the amount because I just paid bills, and I would call back. My mom loaned me the money and Literally called 5 mins later. Of course they turned the phone off at 11:55 they went on lunch. So, left a voicemail saying I still wanted the appointment and drove right back up here at 1 . She said u said u couldn't make the appointment, and the assistants already went home because it was a short day . Never was that mentioned any today that it was a short day .5 minutes shouldn't have been a deal breaker . Then she called one of the assistants to see if they would come in, of course she said no. Not blaming the assistant in anyway , completely understand.Okay so this is my fault bc u couldn't do your job to begin with? Had she done everything days ago I would have been able to get everything together. Never will I return to this location . She can talk about everything from someone's hair etc, but couldn't get anything of the things I needed done days ago for my appointment. Was supposed to call me back days ago as well and never did . Then had the worst attitude when she was in the wrong the whole time . They managed to get more people seen as I was leaving without assistances being there . Nothing but an all day unfunny joke . Didn't try to accommodate or find a better time just said no.

I have always had a great experience at Dental works. Cindy has been my hygienist for about 10 years and always provides me information about taking care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Boreli has had very little work to do on my teeth. The entire staff, Donna, Rose, Cindy and Dr. Boreli have always been very up beat, happy, kind and considerate. A great dental practice to visit.

Cindy is amazing! I could almost fall asleep while she cleans my teeth, she is so gentle!! Rose is AMAZING too! I love getting my teeth cleaned here!!

I called around 8am and spoke to Rose. Terrible customer service. She didn't seem happy with life. Lots of laughing in the background. She seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone so she could get back to heckling with the other people in the background. Maybe she was having a bad day. Idk. But the actual dentist was great. So that's why I'm giving 4 stars. If it was based off of Rose I would of given a 1

Skylar is a new hygienist and is SUPER gentle. The office glue and guru is Rose. She will make your day fantastic. Joyful and friendly!

Do NOT take a child to this office. The scheduling person will tell you that they take patients of all ages and they can treat 4 year olds, but they DO NOT have the right size equipment to do so. They are NOT a pediatric dentistry. They will do x-rays and charge you for an exam and the x-rays knowing full well that they are not equipped to treat your child. Meanwhile, my child is still in pain. They wasted our time and money. Everyone in the office was very nice but the scheduling lady should not be telling people they can treat all patients and to "trust the process" when she knows there they aren't equipped. Oh and don't worry, if you call the office and ask to speak to the office manager, he's on vacation for 2 weeks.

I absolutely love Dental Works in Turkey Creek! All the staff are wonderful! Very nice and helpful!
