Don't waste your time with this place!!! They were absolutely awful to my boyfriend especially the middle Eastern women that is now their root canal specialist (forgot her name). The woman here were so mean to him and they didn't care that he didn't have enough Novocain for the pain, she said "deal with it!" On top of that she was impatient and careless shaving way more of the teeth then she was supposed too according to another dentist.

Went in for a cleaning and they recommended a fill-in. My tooth was in so much pain after this so-called routine procedure. They re-did this fill in 3 times and now my tooth is cracked. Went to a specialist and I'm still trying to get my tooth fixed. I should have paid closer attention to other reviews. Hopefully, you don't make the same mistake I did.

Polite and friendly on all counts, also very patient, like many others the dentist makes me VERY nervous, the entire staff took their time and did their best keeping me at ease while they addressed the issue at hand. Very grateful for the extr effort

Dr. Guthrie did a remarkable job with my implant. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, which was most appreciated. When doctors do this, they add an element of authenticity to the experience, as if to assure the patient that they truly enjoy helping them restore their teeth. His calm demeanor and warm personality help put me at ease for oral surgery. The staff is highly efficient, and communicated often with me during the multi-stage process. An overall very satisfying experience. Dr. Guthrie earned my respect and I vigorously recommend him for your oral surgeon needs.

The staff here were always kind to my family. However, the office staff will not answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time or day you call. Ive tried them all over the last 3+ months. I've left messages and they do not return them. We were charged for an appointment that we didn't schedule and couldn't attend because we moved over an hour away. Do not go to this location! They will wrongfully schedule and bill you without your permission!

This location has a phenomenal staff. Everyone demonstrates such a high level of professionalism & care from the moment you walk in the front door. The women that coordinate the appointments and solve the insurance headaches go above and beyond every time. I'm terrible with recalling names so I sincerely apologize for the lack of specific recognition but know that every single one of them is amazing! The doctor and the hygienest are very thorough in their care and assessments. You'll never feel rushed and you'll never leave with unasked or unanswered questions. I highly recommend this location!

The staff were very friendly, kind, and efficient. Even amidst my pain and an abscess they were wonderful. So thankful for Dr. Kapila and the DentalWorks TP staff.

We went to Dental works for 2 years. The staff is friendly enough, but that doesn't make up for the flaws. It took me 4 separate tries on different days, at different times, in order to get in touch with them about a billing question I had. I left messages and they never called back from any of those messages. In March of 2021 my wife was told that she had many small cavities on both sides of her mouth, top and bottom. This in itself is weird because she has been blessed to have very very few cavities in her life. After they did one side of her mouth her teeth hurt so bad she could barely eat for a couple days, so she decided to not go back to them for the other side of her mouth. Around this same time, I was due for my bi-annual check up, so I decided to look for a different dentist. The way they cleaned my teeth was way better than Dentalworks ever did. They used the same vibration/spray pick to get around the gum line, but they also went to each tooth and scraped away any plaque build-up. This is how my teeth were always cleaned before I moved to Tinley Park and went to DentalWorks. Six months later we were both due for our check ups, and she went to this new dentist and they said her teeth were perfect, no cavities. Unless she miraculously discovered the cure/restorative for cavities Dentalworks a) doesn't know what they are doing, or b) is just trying to push procedures that people don't really need to make money.
