No one likes the dentist. However, Robyn and Janet make it easy to go. Robyn does an amazing job keeping the front well taken care of. Janet, the hygienist, is so extremely nice and always makes sure that you're comfortable. I've been coming here for years and always hated smiling. After the last couple years that has changed. I'm more comfortable about my smile, plus those 2 always have me laughing when I leave.

Staff is exceptionally kind, pleasant and friendly. Includes the technicians, assistants, and all of the others. I have seen both dentists and appreciate their attentiveness and direct evaluations. This location has improved significantly and I'm really happy with the entire office!

The staff was extremely friendly and all doctors and hygienists were amazing and very efficient, however, when I called to schedule my first appointment I gave them all of my insurance information over the phone, then filled out a form online also including all of that information plus more. I arrive to the office, am told my online form did not come through, and they don't have my insurance information, so I have to come back three hours later. That appointment went fine, I schedule my next appointment for the cleaning and to get some fillings (I also HATE getting fillings so the doctor wrote me a prescription- seriously, the dental staff is awesome) However, when I came back for my appointment, I was told, by the same girl I scheduled the appointment through, that I did not have an appointment that morning. Once I told them I had already taken the medication for the appointment, they fit me in. However, I am not sure what is going on with the front desk staff.

Don't go to this company. Ever location is not professional or will provide you with proper care! Seriously, several Location doctors are being sued!!

Dental Works Stow was amazing to my son. He chipped his tooth and they were able to see/ treat him immediately. The staff and dr went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable. I will recommend this office to everyone!

They do not get the procedures done on time .Stay away if you want quicker dental service. They are only for profit and careless about the patient when it comes to dental works ,but not for me!

Had a Great experience there everytime I go. I never had a issue there and if you are terrified of dentist like me this is the place to go! I highly recommend them. Thank you Laura and Dr Alani & of course Janet for taking good care of me.

I absolutely hate the dentist. Left a cracked wisdom tooth for 2 years go. Dealt with toothaches just to avoid the dentist. Finally I had to fix the problem. They were awesome and had 2 wisdom pulled and a molar. I'll actually go back to finish correcting my teeth. Thank you people @ dental works

I have very bad teeth due to my genetics and I know it. The entire staff was very non-judgemental about it. They weren't critical while they were talking to me about it. If you have bad teeth, you know how judgemental a dentist's office can be. I really appreciate their "straight to the point" approach as opposed to other dentists I've been to that take part of the appointment time to criticize.
