Horrible service. We stopped using this place because "every time" we'd arrive at our scheduled time we'd have to wait a minimum of one hour or more to be seen. The attached picture is of DentalWorks staff taking their third smoke break in the parking lot while we waited an hour and a half to be seen. Dirty, disgusting, poor service. Save the time and hassle and go somewhere else!

Been going here since I moved to ohio from NYC. Great staff, clean building. They treat you right and have never rushed in any of the work I've had done.

Dr. Krajekian truly cares about his patients. He answers all my questions and shows the utmost concern for my welfare and dental health. His assistants are just as caring. The DentalWorks staff in Boardman are friendly and professional as well. No complaints from me.

I wouldn't go to this place. Never again. I was going awhile ago. Needed some work done. They pulled a tooth, I wear a partial. They told me I would need a new partial and some other work. There price for prescribed work was extremely high. I got a second opinion from another dentist. For the same work he did it for less than half of what Dental works wanted. I'm very happy with my new dentist. The sad part when insurance paid Dental works,we realized Dental works overcharged me. I contacted them. They said they would send me a refund. Yep ,never saw that. Now they're sending me letters to come back. That's not happening. They still owe me money from before. Save your money,find a regular dentist,stay out of that clinic.

Everyone at Dental Works treated my elderly mom, who has advanced Alzheimer's, with so much kindness and respect. We had multiple visits and everyone, from the office to the dental staff were wonderful to us. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Took my 95 year old mom for her 1st visit today. Needed an extraction. Dr Pat was great with her. All the staff were quick and thorough.
