Have been trying to get someone on the phone about my bill for three months. No one can tell me anything. My insurance company Says they will not send the paperwork that they need to pay them so that is leaving me with almost two thousand dollars that I should not have to pay because of they .

Used the website to request an appointment. Either they don't get the messages from the website - deeming the website appointment request as useless; or they don't care to get back to appointment requests (3 business days of waiting) - whether or not they have room for new patients.

Dr. Sameen and Kayla did a great job on a filling and a crown today. Everyone there seems to be conscientious and working through the hardships of the present day. Thank you very much!

I love, love, love the whole team here. I feel so comfortable even though it feels like my mouth is being excavated by historians lol. Thank you all for helping me portect my teeth and figuring out solutions to what seemed like something I'd just have to live with!

I would give negative rating if I could. I took both my children there. I am double insured. They charged my husband's insurance, my insurance, and I had to pay out of pocket. I was told after my insurance (2nd insurance) paid what they were willing to pay I would be given a refund. My insurance has paid and I have yet to see a refund. I have called the office and left several messages. No one will call me back!

Zero stars!! They are terrible at communicating. They will not answer the phone nor will the call you back. I was seen 2 weeks ago and been trying to get in touch with them ever since. This office was never like this with Dr. Phan. Guess it's time to find her again.

Very sweet and helpful people here! I came in with so much pain, and they helped set up a game plan for me , and told me they would work with my insurance etc. to set up payments. Made me feel more at ease and not so anxious. Will only be coming back here!

As usual, I approached my dental visit with apprehension, which is not helped by the reviews I've read on this site. I arrived at 9:00 (appt time). No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I stood there for several minutes, before being rescued by my dental hygienist from yesterday. She appeared and told me to follow her. I did. I trust her with my life. She took me to an exam room and had me swish my mouth with hydrogen peroxide, which I hate. It dries the mouth out bad. I sit down, but she couldn't find my information. She asked me if my name had changed (from the previous day when I had a filling fixed, so not likely). She then called me by the wrong name and I corrected her. She took me to a different room. Once there she called me by the wrong name again, then the receptionist appeared and said I needed to be checked in. The receptionist gave me a quote for today's work, but said it might change if a different type of cleaning is recommended- I hope not. They gave me a blanket, which was thoughtful. It is the first positive thing that has happened during my visit. The new hygienist (because the other one isn't the one working on me today) just assured me she will be right over. It is now 9:16. She arrived at 9:21. They want x-rays, which I know my insurance will cover. It is now 9:30. X rays are done. She must prepare a tray now for the cleaning. They are citing bone loss, due to periodontal disease, but this surprises me as I am a flossing fiend. 10:00 cleaning finished, thank heavens. Now they are thinking that the bone loss is due to me grinding my teeth, which I know I do in my sleep. This makes more sense. They did not recommend more extreme measures. Waiting for exam with dentist. That took like about a minute- she looked at my teeth and checked for oral cancer. It is now 10:09 and I am in my car. I think this office needs to fix their organizational problems, but I like my dental hygienist and the dentist who worked on me. They need the receptionist to be up front at all times, to greet customers and answer the phones. If quotes are needed, send the customers to the desk or have a hygienist bring them back.

Were friendly and professional. Took time to explain each step of the procedure...open to all of my concerns. I was highly satisfied with service received.

I enjoyed talking with the dentist. She was very sweet to me and respectful. During this pandemic it is nerve wracking to go anywhere. The staff there made my visit comfortable and safe, I couldn't stop smiling when I left.

This dental office is amazing. The staff is very friendly and knows/remembers each patient by name. I would and have recommended them and will continue to do so! They truly care about your teeth and smile!

Keep looking for a different dentist. Its unfortunate that Dental Works lacks integrity. We moved to a different practice and found most of the necessary items recommended by Dental Works, were not needed or recommended. After leaving the practice in late 2019 with a credit due, they did not refund me (even though I asked multiple times) until I reached out to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Other reviews echo what I am stating, save your time and money. It's truly sad that it took over a year and I had to take additional steps to get what is rightfully mine.
