I called to make an appointment. I specifically said I needed my filling repaired because it fell out. I arrived at my appointment at 1:40 which was 20 minutes early. They did not take me back to sit in the chair until about 2:30 I didn't get to see the Dentist until almost 3 o'clock. They took x-rays of all my teeth. The dentist explained to me that the tooth that I needed repaired needs to be cleaned out from some decay and then they could fill it and then I need a crown. Well, I thought that I was going to get that done today, well, at least the filling. The dentist comes to tell me that he can't do it today he's too busy, so I walked out of there waiting almost an hour and a half for them to tell me that they can't fill my tooth today. The dentist said he couldn't do it today. He was too busy with surgeries. Well, I made an appointment as well to get a service done and it didn't happen. Then at the checkout desk they explained to me how much it would cost. I would have to pay $422 for me to get my crown put on with the filling and I would have to pay it the day of service. Very disappointing and I was expecting to get my tooth fixed today and I walked out with a whole in my molar still. When I told the assistant, what should I do I'm afraid to eat on that side of my mouth. She said just don't eat on that side. I would've thought they would've given me at least a temporary filling but they didn't even do that.

Everything about this place is wonderful .so clean as soon as you walk in amd the people were beyond amazing so patient and helpful .they helped me calm down when I was nervous and was there when I needed it .all around service was amazing and the doctor was so kind . definitely a great place to go

Very good staff. The dentist paid attention to my needs and was very patient and gentle with the procedures I needed. He also corrected a mediocre job done by someone else and am very thankful to him and his staff for their compassion and courtesy.

I am a first time customer as just relocated to Pittsburgh. I was very impressed by the entire staff. Very very professional and knowledgeable. Received a quick appointment. The doctor did an excellent job explaining what needed done and why. I highly recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed!!

I had pain in my tooth, my dentist (same company, different location) was out of town, the customer service department put me in touch with the Robinson office, they took me the next day! Ended up needing a root canal! The whole team there was so nice and accommodating. I fear dentist offices but they made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was okay the whole visit

Have called and left voice-mails and have tried to setup an appointment online, have not heard back from anyone in two weeks, cannot recommend this place as they clearly do not care about patients let alone responding

Everyone at this facility is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. They've taken added precautions to address safety during the pandemic. The new dentist is very nice, a welcomed improvement.

Wonderful hygienist, very careful and thorough. Dentist was very thorough, was able to provide excellent feedback to questions asked. Really enjoy this group, they are THE BEST!

Absolutely love this place for myself and my kids but getting someone on the phone is next to impossible! You have to physically go there if you want to make or change an appointment. Who has time for that?
