Appointment was on time. Everyone I have dealt with at Dental Works has been kind and considerate. My cleaning today was done efficiently with very little discomfort. Would recommend Dental Works to others. Very pleased with my visit and all the staff I encountered today.

The employees are so professional and pleasant. Dr. Guthrie, Oral Surgeon made me feel so comfortable and explained the procedure thoroughly. The procedure was quick and I felt no pain. His assistant, Cory explained the aftercare in great detailed. Thank you all!

I love the staff at dental works every last one of them are so nice and professional especially Antoinette I had serious issues with my teeth from an accident whereas my chin was broken..teeth shifted just really bad news.. My husband found Dr.Luckett and the rest is history .. He had to remove my four teeth at the bottom all while I cried like a baby :/ He made me feel so much better.. He had my implants ready to go love them.. I'm grateful for this place

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! This office is shady and negligent. This will be my first and last time doing business with this office. First Dr. Luckett is very impersonable and didn't say two words to me during my visit. He never addressed me directly and only spoke to the dental assistant. Secondly I felt very rushed out of this office, no one asked if I had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. I got dismissed from the office after receiving x-rays and being told I need my wisdom teeth removed. I had to stop a nurse myself to tell them I have questions and I need an explanation of my x-rays and what's going on with my teeth. PLEASE ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF IF YOU VISIT THIS OFFICE. Ask questions and make sure they explain things to you in a way that make sense. This dental office will greenlight procedures and decisions for you without properly informing you. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed from here and after shoddy x-rays and being told my teeth are fine the day of my wisdom teeth removal they had on the bill to remove an extra tooth that "needed a root canal" Literally a week ago this office told me all my teeth were fine and now suddenly the day of my surgery I need a root canal? I declined and went to get a second opinion. The second dentist office informed me that my teeth were in fact fine and no additional tooth extraction or root canal was needed. All in all, don't trust and double check everything they tell you. Because if I didn't I would be missing an extra tooth unnecessarily.

Initially, I was anxious prior to attending my appointment due to past experiences with dentists. I absolutely DREAD it! The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Jennifer is AMAZING! She made my visit 10x better because of her gentleness, respectfulness, friendliness, and most importantly, she was nonjudgmental. I left the dentist feeling happy (first time I've ever said that ). I encouraged my sister to make an appointment at this location and she was excited for me--especially knowing my experience with previous dentists. I look forward to my next visit!

I know most people avoid the dentist because often procedures tend to be uncomfortable. However, Dr. Luckett and his staff provide great service, compassion and an extremely friendly environment. If you have to go to the dentist, this is where you want to go.

Dr. Luckett is a great dentist! He's very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The dental assistants are also part of an overall great team from the front desk to the billing department. Prior to this office I only had one other dentist that did not cause any anxiety he retired and I was angst but am so pleased with the past 5 years I have received treatment by Dr. Luckett and his team.
