I have struggled with dentists my whole life. They've always been painful, hard to work with, etc. THIS place though is absolutely magical from beginning to end. Starting from the booking process, the office coordinators are a pleasure to talk to. Always smiling, and wanting to help. And they move QUICKLY. The longest I've gone without a response was 12 hours, and most of that was me sleeping. The dental assistants and Dentist herself are amazing. This is the first time I've had a cavity filled (and a crown done) with LITERALLY no pain. None. Like, I wouldn't even know it was happening I fi could hear it being done. They explain things thoroughly, and concisely, and don't try to pressure you one way or another. They'll give their expert opinion of course, but nothing more than the facts. They also went above and beyond to work around my vacation schedule when a last second emergency came up to the best of their ability. They are all absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Worth the drive, too, in my opinion.

Aisha was a very thorough hygienist. She took her time and gave me great pointers to help me. The dentist gave me different options for treatment plans!

I don't have great experiences at dentists. Before my appointment I was very nervous but luckily my nerves were dispelled by one of the best experiences in my life. No session is without pain for people with sensitive teeth, but there was a connectedness I felt with my clinician had with my discomfort and did all they could to complete the job and create an enjoyable experience. So happy to find my new (dental) home

As always the appointment was on time. The staff was friendly. The hygienist was efficient and gentle and Dr. Jian was pleasant and professional.

The DentalWorks Polaris staff are phenomenal. They treat you with respect, genuinely care, and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them. Drs Jian and Ray are the best.
